This qualification is nested. Qualifications within a nested suite allow learners to be topped up to a qualification that is the same level and subject within the Award, Certificate, Diploma structure. This can be done by self-service through the Portal. This qualification provides learners with an understanding of the knowledge needed when working directly with children and young people in a school or college environment. The most important tool that all of our students have at their disposal is their tutor. The Supporting Teaching & Learning - CACHE Level 3 Award (RQF) Course aims to enable learners to understand the roles and responsibilities of those involved in support roles in schools and colleges. Work in partnership with parents to engage them with their children’s learning and development in schoolAs learners need to show competence in both skills and knowledge, they will need to be working or be on a practical placement during the taught programme of study in a learning environment (school or college). We recommend that the learner undertakes 100 hours of placement in a real work environment.
