Not simple a “white cone of light” or “outline”, artists draw it all… Because for the most part their love of sex, bodies, and sexy stories is why they’re making hentai in the first place. Oh and don’t be worried about the explicit warning, this volume and volume two contain no adult scenes so far, the author however stated they would like to include some later on. I really appreciate mangas with older characters and this one reminds me that it honestly isn’t that strange to be older and lack much romantic experience.

Yuu Toyota, the author of the original manga, donated a portion of the adaptation rights fee to Marriage for All Japan, an organization advocating for same-sex marriage in Japan.The chapters are on the short side and there are plenty of little extras, some devoted to novelist Tsuge as well as the main pair. A lot of thinking happens in this volume, and I am excited to see more as Adachi will continue to realize his feelings towards Kurosawa. It makes sense that the manga’s still coming too, because the live action drama adaptation of this book was quite the hit, even earning a movie spin-off (trailer above), and there’s an anime schedule to make it’s premiere in January 2024. When Adachi accidentally hears or sees Kurosawa's inner thoughts his first reaction is to pull away or scream internally.

I've only watched about less than 10 BLs (some of which I lose interest in and subsequently drop it) but so far this has been the best one. Kurosawa's secret interest was pretty strong, causing Adachi to worry about his self-control, and if Kurosawa had purposely told Adachi everything he was thinking, then yeah, he'd have been coming on way too strong.Kiyoshi Adachi is a salaryman who has just quietly been getting on with his life – until he reaches his thirtieth birthday and finds that he can hear the thoughts of other people he touches! And Toyota Yuu's soft touch with ordinary-seeming people being absolutely bizarre just below the surface is SO delicious. And Bianca Pistillo’s lettering continues to work well in conveying the wizardly nuances of the story, although by now, Tsuge is the only one to still be able to hear other people’s thoughts.

I definitely am a fan of boys love, AKA yaoi (or just M/M romance) and I look forward to more books within this genre of manga.Not only does this ability make his journey to work and back by crowded subway almost unbearable, due to the cacophony of other people’s thoughts, but he also realizes that his good-looking, talented co-worker Kurosawa has fallen for him.
