Room for writing. This Bible gives you plenty of margin space on both sides for writing. The extra white space is nice visually or you can choose to fill it up with notes, questions, and verses. First: let me say that I completely understand the need for changes and updates to an app. That’s totally fine. I think it is perfectly okay to change the look and feel of an app if it works better for functionality or for the ease of the user. Sure, it takes a bit to get used to a new layout, but that’s kosher.Book introductions are pretty typical in a study Bible and the She Reads Truth team keeps them simple and to the point. You don’t get as much information, but just the essentials which can be a pro! The CSB She Reads Truth Bible aims to live at the intersection of beauty, goodness, and Truth. Featuring devotionals by the She Reads Truth team, and Scripture reading plans that include supplemental passages for deeper understanding, this Bible invites every woman to count themselves among the She Reads Truth community of "Women in the Word of God every day." The CSB She Reads Truth Bible also features 66 key verses, artfully lettered to aid in Scripture memorization. No interlinear notes — Unlike some other study Bibles this one doesn’t have the amount of cross references or study notes as many do. If you’re looking for more in depth explanation of passages in a verse by verse passage–this probably isn’t going to be the study Bible for you. Or it may be one of a couple that you use! (Like I do!) I love SRT. There was a time when I would use it daily. But sadly, that just isn’t the case anymore.

This is great if you’re a visual learner, but the aesthetics will make most women get excited to be in her Bible. The colors are carefully selected for each book to help teach us about the genre we are reading — green is history and pink is poetry. That is pretty nifty! It is color with purpose! And this is across the board, maps, dividers – you name it they have paid attention to making the interaction visually stimulating. She Reads Truth is concerned for women to be prepared to read their Bibles Edit: some bugs seem to be worked out. The content and presentation of SRT continue to be INCREDIBLE. Still don’t prefer the new app, but it’s better than when it was first rolled out. But more importantly, the text is laid out in such a smart way so as to give you time and space to engage, reflect, and journal. So although you are limited in your choice of pens, you can still journal! David divides the psalm into 22 sections, one for each letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and we will read just a few sections each day. Our prayer is that, like David, we will allow our love for God’s Word to be the invisible thread that runs not only through this study but through our very lives. As Nancy Guthrie said in the video above, we can’t depend on yesterday’s truth meal. We need one today.
