They make a big thing of the quadflex terminals and instructions and datasheet show supply of two terminals, four domed hex bolts and a hex key. That’s not what you receive. They’ve changed the terminals to a thinner, cheaper design. You can still attach on the top or front, but no longer on the side of the terminal. The bolts are now ordinary ones with nuts…..and they only supply 2 so the other two terminals are useless until you buy more nuts and bolts. The old bolts can’t be reused.

I’ve had one of these on a bike for a few years. Can’t really comment on quality other than what’s visible as bike sat on a charger a lot and not many miles. I bought the same as the old one “looked” like quality and the specs (capacity and cranking amps) supposedly better than other options. The rest of the battery also has signs of going cheaper on manufacture. A silly thing, but possibly indicative of this is, is that the model number lettering is now in an odd font (the one used by Motobatt usually). It also had another number printed on in a font which just screams “generic cheapo Chinese product). Might be nothing, but if they’ve gone cheap on the terminals and these details, what’s changed that you can’t see?
