Canon LP-E17 Battery Pack for EOS M3

Description
I think the "issues" with third party LP-E6 are insignificant because the batteries have no "chip", whereas the issues with LP-E17 have been around for years with most third party batteries not reporting battery capacity and some producing warning nag screens etc. You cannot compare them at all. The unit is also able to charge AA & AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries and USB enabled devices via the 5V 1A USB port. It works with the popular Canon cameras as I mentioned earlier. You can carry 2 batteries together so that you won’t be any shortage of power. The battery is not compatible with the original charger as the charger won’t recognize the battery.
BTW, my first impression of this RP is very favorable (but I do miss my Oly 'blinkies'). Body is no bigger than my EM-1II!
Canon’s original LP-E17 is a battery that powers most Canon cameras for ages. The battery first came out in 2015. Since then it is one of the most used batteries for Canon cameras. The Battery capacity is 1040 mAh and the power output is 7.2V. The charging and discharging are as good as the new batteries. As for size comparison, they are the same but if you see closely there is a quality gap in the design. The canon’s original battery is made of hard plastic and feels solid whereas the Neewer doesn’t. I use the Neewer batteries. I tried two other brands, but both had issues. So far, these are good (5 months). They do need a dedicated charger (as do all of the aftermarket ones), but I got one with a double bay, so I can charge two batteries at once. Some cameras will show the message while recording the video. But you won’t have to worry about the warning cause it is not that crucial the camera might show you.
Been using Wasabi without a hitch for years with my Olys - this is my first Digital (mirrorless or otherwise) Canon. Curious if there is a consensus for best brand for - especially as these LP-E17 have been around for a while. Not up to speed with all the decoding ins and outs - which can display battery life, need their own dedicated charger, etc... In this discussion, many of the batteries might show you some warning message when you insert the battery into a Canon Camera. You can charge two batteries at once with the Neewer charger. And with a micro USB wall charger, you can easily charge the batteries with any wall adapted or power source. But do not plug the charger with a computer as the computer is not a consistent source of power. Now the most important part of this article is which the best LP-E17 replacement battery is and which one to choose among all of them. The key here is that when using a non-OEM battery in your M3 (and other Canon models that takes this battery), the camera will sense this and ask if you are using a Canon authorized battery (on the LCD screen). If you try to fool the camera by answering "yes," the camera will shut down and tell you that you have a fake clone (or something to that effect). So when that message comes up, just simply be truthful and answer "no," meaning it's not a Canon battery. It will then let you go on to use the camera.
Canon LP-E17 Battery Pack
High Compatibility】Two 7.4V 1250mAh LP-E17 replacement batteries (semi-decoded battery) and dual slot charger charger, please use the charger dedicated to KF batteries to charge. Can be used as a replacement for the original battery, and the original camera charger or battery grip is not compatible.
The first thing to discuss is the bad side of the off-brand batteries is, the batteries don’t last long enough as the originals do.

A single Neewer LP-E17 battery can shoot 600 photos on a single charge. Which is pretty decent compared to the price. And you are getting two batteries so that’s is a big step up.
