Description

Don’t worry, Mancera Cedrat Boise is a beast mode cologne. It’ll easily last more than 12 hours on your skin, and you’ll get the smell of this cologne from your clothes even after the day is over. Look, this is an underrated Mancera cologne. The opening of this cologne is a bit strong because of the spicy notes such as Nutmeg, cinnamon, incense, and oud. But now I had several days to sniff out the scent in the whole apartment. By the way, I got the impulse for this comment from a perfuma, who said that I could test Lemon Line almost extensively now. I'll say. Of course I had already tested the perfume on the skin several times before I bought it. That's why I wanted to own it so much.

As both of these colognes have similar notes like Saffron, Jasmine, and Amber, people might think you are actually wearing a legendary cologne. Mancera Instant Crush is not an exact clone of BR540, but they have an identical vibe. Some people have mentioned that Lemon Line smells like cleaning product or dishwasher liquid. While the scent is pleasant, it can be a bit synthetic and lemony for me to use it as a fragrance. I think I need something to round off the citrus, as this can become a citrus lemon bomb with a bit of sweetness.I can guarantee that Instant crush can make you feel confident and seductive on your night out at the parties. For me, the fragrance couldn't top the mentioned Yuzu by Heeley, but it still belongs to the well-done summer scents, which are definitely worth a look, especially if you don't have a fragrance with barbarshop-like elements in your collection yet. I feel hesitant to wear this during the summer, so I usually reach for Pomelo Paradis. Lemon Line feels more appropriate for the fall or winter. Sillage isn't massive, but I still feel a bit self-conscious when I wear it. And immediately after smelling the fresh Lemon and Bergamot opening, I knew that it would take place among the finest men’s colognes in my collection.

In the base, the fragrance is still warm, but even then it hasn't really lost its freshness, as it still smells nicely of lemons (although a bit weaker). The amber is also increasingly replaced by the musk, but in general the scent is not so sweet. All in all a warm and fresh scent, which also partly smells like holiday (but more about that later!). But it only gets better in the dry-down. I was pleasantly surprised by this cologne’s lush and sweet heart lead by precious amber, Indonesian patchouli, Egyptian jasmine, and Moroccan Rose.

Now to the fragrance: It starts with a very strong and intense lemon. Just lemon and nothing else. Later it becomes slightly creamy. This is the phase I like best. After a short time it becomes slightly bitter/spicy and sweet. I also feel the scent as a little powdery - powdery sweetness quasi. I can't even smell the white flowers. Lavender is listed, but in my opinion it is only "beige vegetables". The musk is rather shy with me. Ultimately it remains a sweet effervescent lemon scent with some cabbage. This sugary effervescent lemon can actually become a little annoying in the long run. And here we are on the shelf life: This is enormous for a citrus scent, on the skin it loosely lasts eight hours. Also the Sillage is not to be despised and in contrast to many other perfumes in this category extremely good. You can still get that elegant smell of a successful young man without spending an arm and a leg on the cologne. After launching in 2019, Mancera Instant Crush has instantly become ( no pun intended ) one of the most popular colognes among young adult men. Are you a Fraghead? Then you might already know about the Famous Baccarat Rouge 540 By Maison Francis Kurkdjian. I prefer Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche for some depth and roundness or an offering from Atelier Cologne, but this is a matter of personal preference. If I had to choose from Mancera, I would just go with Cedrat Boise since I favour its fruitiness and mellow sweetness. The sweetness of Lemon Line feels like candy.

Well, It’s one of the most beloved men’s colognes in the world, and I am glad to inform you that Mancera Instant Crush shares a similar DNA with that cologne. A little later it still smells fresh and also tart due to lavender, but the fragrance also increasingly gets a slightly stronger radiating, warmer note with sweet accents, which could be the amber that slowly gains in intensity. What I also liked very much was the later course of the fragrance with its warm and soft side, which olfactorically reminded me of Mediterranean places in the world, whether Italy, Greece, Turkey and all these areas, where you can have a great holiday by the sea, for example, and besides either explore the beautiful cities (especially smaller alleys with an old town atmosphere) or go on a walk away from the cities and explore nature, with the sun shining on the fields and you absorb the typical scent of nature warmed by the sun. All in all, the fragrance thus gives a nice holiday feeling, although it could also be used as an everyday day scent, for example, to wear it every day at work. This was one of the first Mancera fragrances I tried, besides Cedrat Boise, which I loved. Citrus fragrances usually remind me of something light and airy from Hermes or Atelier Cologne, but Lemon Line feels completely different because the lemon note is very concentrated and dense. It projects really well because of its potent base. Mancera Instant Crush opens up with a refreshing mix of Sicilian Mandarin, Bergamot, Saffron, and ginger notes. You and the people around will feel the balance of bright, juicy sparkling citrus and the burst of intense spicy vibe.
