Creo que esos dos gifs podrían resumir la que, a partir de ahora, será mi reacción cuando se plante ante mí la posibilidad de leer un libro escrito por Mariana Zapata. No puedo decir que me hayan dado ganas de prenderle fuego pero yo no le veo la maravillosidad a esta mujer (al menos, al modo de plantear y escribir sus historias). He leído las dos que se han colado en la lista de AAR de mejores novelas románticas ( The Wall of Winnipeg and Me y este) y, qué queréis que os diga, MÑE. Son prácticamente un calco pero Kulti, para mí, peor.

I’ve read 14 books so far this year and it is by far the BEST book I’ve read so far. My first 5+ star read of the year! Kulti is a soccer book, but it’s so much more than that! It’s fun, heartwarming and all around fantastic! sal - i loved her. she was a lil weirdo and i loved it all. i related with her connecting to her dad over their love of soccer because growing up, watching soccer games was one of those few things that united my family and i. her and her dad’s relationship was absolutely precious. My only complaint with this book is that it takes forever for anything to happen between these two outside of friendship.

A friend of mine said that the first chapter is to hook the reader on the present book and the last chapter is to get the reader to buy the next book (not necessarily in the series but just any book by the author).
