Mayonnaise is a creamy white condiment that is traditionally made using egg yolks, oil, vinegar and seasonings. It is typically served with burgers, sandwiches, fries and salads. While its exact origins are uncertain, it’s believed to have originated in Mahon, Minorca, where it was initially called “ salsa mahonesa“, which later became “mayonnaise” as it spread throughout Europe. What is vegan mayo made from? Next, make the spicy mayo sauce by just whisking all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Keep in mind, if you want to make it more spicy all you have to do is add a little more sriracha. But if you find it’s too spicy for you, just whisk in a bit more mayo to mellow it out. Assemble And Serve

To make the mayo sauce/egg drop sandwich sauce, combine the Gochuchang or Hot Sauce if using, Mayonnaise and Honey in a small bowl. Whisk together to combine.
