Y7:LaD just went all the way, stopped making fake names for real locations, and just went with actual Yokohama by name for the second location. Real Yokomama is a much bigger location so it's only a slice, but bottom line is the game uses real street layouts from real places, so it's actually designed to be walkable in a small area.
