When a travelling circus ringmaster, Fulbert Freakfinder, promises to make him a star, Stitch Head wonders whether this could be his chance of freedom. But first he has to catch the professor’s latest creation – a monstrous three-armed creature that’s causing mayhem in the castle… A brilliant read, with lots of scary characters living in the dark castle….until you realise they are actually all friendly. My favourite character was defiantly Stitch Head, he was brave and quite friendly! I would recommend this for ages 8 plus. At times it can be a little scary! Its very adventurous as well!

Stitch has excellent intellectual abilities, he is active and seeks to destroy the surrounding space. At the same time, this hero has such positive qualities as kindness, nobility, and care. It could only have happened with Pete Williamson, who illustrated the novels, and I’m ecstatic that he’s on board to help bring Stitch Head to almost-life all over again. I can’t wait to introduce this adaptation of Stitch Head to readers old and new – and in full colour, no less!” Deep in the dungeons of Castle Grotteskew is a small, long-forgotten, almost human-like creature, known only as Stitch Head… This book is like Mary Shelley's Frankenstein except instead of 1 creation, there are 1000000!!! And stopping them all from escaping Castle Grotskew is mad professor Euramus Euramus's first and forgotten creation......Stitch Head. It was fiction. It was spooky and it had evil people in it. Stitch head was my favourite as he was the main character and saves the day. Stitch head was very spook but lonely little monster creation. He just wanted to be special and have lots of friends.

My favourite character is Stitch Head, the main character. He was very quiet , but was very loyal to his master. He saved the day! I think that this book was entertaining, because all of the creatures—they are all unique in their own way.

This book is about a mad scientist who created a boy with a stitched head. One day Stitch head went the scientist's lab and found he has created a monster with three arms and one eye. The monster went mad and ran out the lab. Stitch head give the monster some potion which turned him into a scaredycat. Then the creature and stitch head became friends.

It's was a good book to read and in the middle when Stitch Head met the creature the book was more interesting than ever. This story is great for 7 to 9 yrs olds because theirs allot of emotions and if you like fiction books this is for you. I am planning to make some book boxes for my library this year, and this will be perfect to go in a group with some Frankenstein stories I have found for children. It is non-threatening ‘horror’ for early KS2, and might segue some of the children who have loved Beast Quest books into something a little more deep in story structure.
