I also perform a funny, family-friendly hour-long show based on these titles, which includes the whole audience making things from paper, as well as mathematical mind-reading, big paper bangers and (drum roll) even some scary (but entirely safe) power tools! My funny and informative book The Element in the Room was illustrated by the equally brilliant Lauren Humphrey. It is all about the Periodic Table and has comics and facts about every known chemical element! It was shortlisted for both the Blue Peter Best Book with Facts and the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize in 2019. Look out for a sequel in 2021!

Coming to terms with a difficult past is not easy at all. Whether it's family troubles, an ex-relationship, fake friends, or troubles within yourself, this book offers an unconventional way to help you put your past behind you and face your future with happiness and confidence start! I also do school visits and workshops to encourage children to write their own poems and jokes and perform them with confidence.
