Please power on the air fryer and use the preheat function to heat the oven’s inner part first and then try to open it again. The device is pretty intuitive to use, well outside of you have no clue what the different modes are, ie what they change. If it hadn’t been for the fatal flaw of the exposed bottom element I would have kept this and been happy.

Unbelievable … It SEEMS that the fan is on faster during air fry, but this is not mentioned anywhere in the manual … The best advice, line the drip tray with aluminum foil and that way clean up is even easier.
