The more than two hundred recipes include iconic desserts such as rum babas, crème brûlée, several types of charlottes, and kouign-amman. For example, it does not say at what temperature you need to cook the eggs to make sure you are not eating raw eggs. If like me you have tons of cookbooks and want / need to reduce them, then this is a fabulous option for Desserts.

See photo)In the Kindle version the recipe is often stretched over two pages (see photo) with the picture thereafter. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's a much smaller and simpler treatment of the topic than I was hoping for, especially in comparison to how many plain cakes featured.It’s absolutely packed with colour photos ( over 1500) and many recipes have detailed picture instructions.
