It is super simple to make too – crush the biscuits & mix with melted butter – press into the base and the base is already done! Whisk together the cream cheese & sugar, whisk in the Baileys, whisk in the double cream… pour on and set! Decorate how you please! I figured, with the help of my lovely Facebook followers, that Baileys would be a delicious flavour for a Christmas cheesecake – I don’t know about anyone else, but there is always a bottle of Baileys around at my Christmas events, and this is a delicious way to use some up!

I recommend using the Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream. However, if you cannot find it or already have regular Bailey’s on hand, then use the regular. If using regular Bailey’s, I do recommend adding in a few fresh strawberries to the blender to get that delightful strawberry flavor in this shake. Melt the milk or dark chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments in a mug, stirring between each until the chocolate is melted.Hold the strawberries by the stem and one by one dip each into the melted chocolate and then place on some parchment paper to set up.

Vanilla Ice Cream - Just use your favorite vanilla ice cream! Strawberry ice cream is also a delicious option!

This sweet and fruity ingredient pairs perfectly with the creamy, indulgent flavor of Baileys, creating a combination that's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. So… the new Baileys finely came to the UK! Honestly, I am in heaven. To summarise the taste? An alcoholic strawberry milkshake. Honesty, its SO GOOD. Having it straight isn’t really my thing when its the normal Baileys, but when its one of the flavoured ones such as the chocolate version, or the almond one I am definitely a fan.

I did my usual sort of decoration for this, but because it looks quite similar to my no-bake white chocolate & strawberry CheesecakeI didn’t want to add a drizzle of white chocolate or anything. I’m glad I didn’t, as I think the swirls of cream, fresh strawberries, and freeze dried strawberries I had enough impact as it was. I honestly think this cheesecake just looks delicious, and if you’re a fan of Baileys, and strawberries, you will utterly adore the taste as well. I used mascarpone in this recipe as I thought it went really nicely with the Baileys. You can of course use full fat cream cheese if you would prefer but, like always, it must be FULL FAT! This cheesecake mixture is so silky and so smooth I am just completely obsessed with it! The Frozen Strawberry Mudslide is a boozy treat made with Bailey’s Strawberries and cream, vodka, coffee liqueur and strawberry ice cream topped with whipped cream, a chocolate drizzle and a chocolate covered strawberry garnish! Jump to: I obviously love to bake with Baileys, and this is a straight up new version of my regular no-bake Baileys cheesecake, but much more up to date. The older one does need an update (especially on the photos because they’re just awful) but I felt like this particular strawberries and cream beauty needed a post of its own.This cheesecake does not use chocolate to help it set – I tried it a couple of times with chocolate in, but I felt like it overpowered the flavour of the baileys, and drizzling the chocolate on top worked far better! Simple! Vanilla Vodka - I like using vanilla vodka for an bit of extra vanilla flavor! But you can also just use your favorite plain vodka (my favorite is Tito's)! White rum would also be a good substitute!
