Description

The length of the blade is 68 cm, while the total length of the katana is 96.5 cm. Weighing 670 grams (880 grams with scabbard), this katana is balanced and easy to wield, making it an ideal piece for both display and reenactments of action scenes. Their namesake contains the kanji for "sun" ( 日 ( にち ) , nichi ?), "ring" ( 輪 ( りん ) , rin ?), which could translate to either "sun ring" or its most common meaning, "solar". In addition to the kanji for "sword/blade" ( 刀 ( とう ) , tō ?), the full translation to the Nichirin Sword is "solar blade".

Zenitsu Agatsuma is one of the most formidable fighters in Demon Slayer– here’s his swordsmanship and powers explained. Created by Koyoharu Gotouge, Demon Slayer is a dark fantasy manga and anime series set in Taisho-era Japan. It tells the tale of a teenage boy named Tanjiro Kamado who finds that most of his family have been slaughtered by demons, and his surviving sister Nezuko has also been turned into one. To avenge his family’s deaths and find a cure for his sister, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps – an age-old organization that protects the people of Japan from demons. In the Ufotable anime adaptation of Demon Slayer, Zenitsu Agatsuma is voiced by veteran Japanese VA Hiro Shimono. The 40-year-old Tokyo-based VA has been in the industry for quite some time. Our beloved Zenitsu Agatsuma shares the same voice actor with the following anime characters: In retrospect, he is the only character shown to do so aside from Tokito Muichirou, the Mist Pillar. Muichirou defeated Gyokko, Upper Moon Five, alone. Tanjiro defeated Akaza (Upper Moon Three) with Giyuu’s help. Later, they’d all defeat Muzan with everybody alive at that point. Inosuke defeated Doma (Upper Moon Two), with Tsuyuri Kanao and Shinobu Kocho’s poison. 2. Zenitsu has done something only a pillar was able to do – create his own form. This is one of the minor details in the series that never got a formal explanation. After the final selection, five swordsmen passed. However, only four appeared in both the anime and the manga. They are Kamado Tanjiro, Genya Shinazugawa, Kanae Kocho, and Zenitsu Agatsuma. However, in Episode 5 of the anime (Chapter 8 in the manga), a crow reports to Kagaya Ubuyashiki that five passed. The fifth one is Inosuke Hashibira, not shown in the ceremony. Zenitsu receives a sparrow after surviving the Final Selection. He is the only one who has a sparrow while others have their crows. This step-by-step drawing guide consists of 19 detailed steps that will help you bring Zenitsu Agatsuma to life on paper. Each step is accompanied by images to provide a visual reference for your drawing process. It’s important to note the color scheme used in the guide to understand the different elements:

Shinobu Kocho: Delve into the elegance and grace of Shinobu, a master of poison-based combat. Highlight her distinctive butterfly-themed design and tranquil expression.

A little later, after the Swordsmith Village Arc, Nezuko has discovered that she’s resistant to sunlight, which kills all demons. Since she no longer wears her muzzle/ pacifier, she can now speak. It marks the return of the fawning Zenitsu from the early parts of the series. He promised Nezuko to always feed her sushi. Zenitsu then asked Nezuko to get married. Nezuko, however, calls him Inosuke by mistake, setting Zenitsu on a warpath. It’s a joke, of course. As Zenitsu fawns over Nezuko in the sunlight, the female demon calls him Inosuke. Welcome to the step-by-step drawing tutorial that will teach you how to draw Zenitsu Agatsuma, a prominent character from the popular series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. In this guide, we will take you through the process of creating your own artwork featuring Zenitsu. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, our tutorial will provide clear instructions and insights to help you bring this dynamic character to life on paper. Appearance of Zenitsu Agatsuma Nichirin Swords take on a distinct color when first drawn by its owner, which is why they are also referred to as " Color Changing Katanas". [2] However, the holder is required to have a certain amount of skill, or the blade will not change color. [3] Also, in the Kimetsu no Yaiba Databook, it was revealed that Ukogi/ Chuntaro has the same story as most demon slayers. His family was killed by demons and he is the only sparrow to ever pass the Kasugai Crow tests. 3. Zenitsu’s Sword – The Rare and Unbroken

The katana features a leather-wrapped metal hilt, giving it a sleek look and comfortable holding. In addition, it is accompanied by a lacquered wooden sheath that protects the blade and completes its traditional appearance.

Exploring New Drawing Subjects

While it was never explained, one of the most common reasons has something to do with the sparrow as a symbol. Sparrows are often related with peace and happiness, away from worries and fear. It is a good sign to send to someone like Zenitsu, who is always scared and anxious. The Only Messenger Bird Who Can’t Speak His fellow disciple turned demon, Kaigaku, can use all forms (Second to Sixth) except for the first. During their fight, Zenitsu used the Seventh Form: Honoikazuchi no Kami. It was a form he developed himself, in the hopes of fighting alongside Kaigaku. The only other Pillar shown to create his own form from an existing Breathing Style is Giyu. Giyu Tomioka, Water Pillar, created the Eleventh Form: Dead Calm. 3. He was set to become a tsuguko. Anyway, all survivors had their Demon Slayer uniforms, the ore for their Nichirin blades, and a kasugaigarasu or a kasugai crow. These are their Taisho-era walkie-talkies. However, Zenitsu receives a sparrow instead. “Chuntaro” is the only kasugai “crow” to appear in the series without the ability to speak like humans.

Congratulations on completing this step-by-step drawing guide on how to draw Zenitsu Agatsuma! I hope this tutorial has provided you with valuable insights and techniques to bring this character to life on paper. Remember, the journey of an artist is a continuous one, and every stroke of the pencil brings you closer to mastering your craft. Just as Tanjiro has his smell and Inosuke his touch, Zenitsu has a heightened sense of hearing. Zenitsu has explained that he can use this ability to find demons because Demon bodies create a different sound compared to normal humans. Contrary to most Nichirin Blades, Zenitsu’s blade does not just have a plain color along its length. Instead, it has a bright yellow lightning pattern running along the length of its blade. It has a yellowish hand guard or tsuba which looks like a round cross. Zenitsu draws his katana out of jealousy at Tanjiro during their stay at the Wisteria House. While our demon slayer sword won’t turn yellow like Zenitsu’s, we also doubt you’ll be encountering real demons during training and combat. Made to replicate Zenitsu Agatsuma’s Nichirin sword from Demon Slayer , our version of this Zenitsu katana is made of hand-forged carbon steel with intricate lightning etched throughout the blade. This Zenitsu sword from Demon Slayer is a stunning weapon that has captured the attention of anime fans around the world. The Nichirin sword is one of the most important weapons in the Demon Slayer universe, and each sword is unique and personalized to the wielder. Zenitsu's sword is no exception, and its bright yellow color and intricate design make it a standout piece. Tanjiro Kamado: Bring the main protagonist of Demon Slayer to life through your artistic skills. Capture Tanjiro’s determination and compassion in your drawings.
