Here's the set-up: Sky+ HD box is downstairs > short cable into amplifier box (with digi bypass) > 12m cable (cut by myself) upstairs > into Magic Eye > into TV.My magic eye on my bedroom tv has stopped working. Up until yesterday it has quite happily controlled my sky+ box downstairs. The tiny voltage which the Sky+box sends out seems to be getting through as the light on the magic eye is still on.
