I get why some other people may have been disappointed but it’s possible that there was a copywriting conflict with the spells. Details on the book include human fingers on the spine, six metal serpents adorning the front and back, a claw closure clasp, and stitching. The sisters violently exploding from the house, but not before Winifred reveals the nature of the spell that brought them back to Allison.

I thought this book would sooth my anxiety about the sequel, perhaps a few clues hidden within, but please let this book have no foundation upon the sequel film. Later, Max Dennison, the one who lit the candle, steals the spellbook at the behest of Thackery, cursed as a black cat and now able to talk, so that the sisters cannot create the potion needed to steal the life force of children and they run.

Winifred and Mary made their way back to the cottage to brew the Life Potion with the spellbook while Sarah sang her siren song to all the children of Salem so they will go to the house. During the spell, Becca, who is a newly-discovered witch, convinces Book to abandon Winnie, recognizing that he doesn't want the spell to be performed. In the aftermath, Becca decides to keep Book for herself and she, Izzy and Cassie plan to use him to continue their own witchcraft.

But the point still stands why change the wording at all when you have the foundation of your writing material at your fingertips.If it wasn't for the Disney logo I would think it was to do with an off brand, fan made, unofficial book to do with the franchise. They don't won't this book to be actually associated with the franchise but if that is so why manufacture it?
