The animal figures inspired the children to practice their animal impressions, and the buttons on top of the barn are a great addition – the children had fun pressing them one by one and finding the figure that matched the sound, encouraging them to concentrate and listen carefully. Some of the children gave a commentary as the played, placing the animals inside the barn so they could “go home” or “go to bed”, for example.
