I am mind blown how the author was able to take a "hidden topic" in society today and present this beautiful, heart-breaking story. After his little sister attempts suicide, and their mother runs off, unable to cope, he blames his father for the entire situation. Please note* there are so many TW in this book, I probably wouldn’t be able to name them all. However, if you are interested in this book, please consider reading Sara Ella’s review. She talks about the trigger warnings there. This book brought up so many emotions and memories and struggles. It was hard because of the triggers in the book, but I also felt in some ways that it helped me deal with those emotions + grieving.
