Prosecco comes in different styles, primarily categorised by sweetness levels. Brut is dry and with minimal residual sugar. Extra dry is slightly sweeter than Brut, with a touch more sweetness. Dry is traditionally, but somewhat confusing, a slightly sweet style in the context of Prosecco. Small and lively bubbles burst onto the tongue.
