Appearing in his trademark outfit of cut-off evening trousers, dinner jacket, hat and Wellington boots marked ‘L’ and ‘R’ for left and right, but worn on the wrong feet, his routine was a fast-moving, gag-a-minute, focusing on his unique interpretation of Irish logic. You can get drinks or food pre show but I would recommend going elsewhere in the city before attending. In 2013 John had a knee replacement at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Belfast after years of crippling pain.In the last couple of years I've had surgery, including rotator cuff surgery, and that kept me at arm's length from the golf, so the last couple of years hasn't been great for golf. This year’s show will be spectacularly brought to life from page to stage by a talented cast and creative team and features the Grand Opera House pantomime hallmark of an abundance of comedy, sensational songs and dance numbers, fabulous costumes, stunning scenery, and special effects. William Caulfield, who has cruised the world with his stand-up show, will regale the audience with stories of everyday life from home and abroad in his hilarious homegrown style.
