The TV features three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and an Ethernet port. The TV also features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stream internet content. The TV also comes with Bluetooth connectivity, which allows you to connect your wireless headphones or speakers to the TV. Compatibility

Digital Noise Reduction (DNR), Mega Dynamic Contrast Ratio, UHD Upscaling, iPQ 2.0 Engine, Smart HDR, Motion Clarity PRO, UHD AI Super Resolution TCL C63K Series combines QLED, 4K HDR Pro, 60Hz Motion Clarity for colourful sharp HDR picture quality. Thanks to state of the art Quantum Dot technology, this TCL TV delivers genuine cinematic colour made from over a billion colours and shades. All of the colours that cinema cameras can capture. They make it possible to deliver a superb level of colour reproduction, detail and depth. The latest standard for UHD content is High Dynamic Range. HDR PRO provides a superior High Dynamic Range experience with great contrast, shadow detail and vivid accurate colours. Offering a notably different feature set to the formidable C Series Mini LEDs, these 4K HDR models still have plenty to offer, including a large selection of screen sizes along with a price tag that might be smaller than your latest energy bill. The P735 sits at the top of this sub-section, with the same switch to Android TV for UK users as with the C635 before and the P638 to follow. The TCL 50C635K features various picture settings that allow you to customize the picture quality to your liking. The TV comes with different picture modes such as Standard, Dynamic, Movie, Sports, and Game. Additionally, the TV offers various advanced picture settings such as Color Temperature, Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, and Gamma. These settings allow you to adjust the picture quality according to the content you are watching, the room’s lighting, and your preferences. Sound Settings Despite not being incredibly slim, the nearly bezel-less design of the TV is fairly versatile. The legs of the TV can either be placed close together to fit on a smaller table or stand, or can be attached to the outside corners of the TV to give it some more stability.

TCL’s 4K QLED TVs for 2022

It drops things down to 60Hz with de-judder and Motion Clarity Pro, with the older IPQ processor using Machine Learning with SR rather than the Deep Learning capacity of those before it. You’ll also have to settle for Dolby Vision and HDR10+ with Dolby Vision IQ also limited to the C735 and above, but neither is a great loss if you don’t really need it. TCL has some more experimental TV designs now and then, largely closer to its home market in China. Like previous years, the TCL 6-Series R635 uses Roku TV, an egalitarian smart TV platform that has a fair and robust search feature and most of the major streaming apps. At the time of writing, the larger 75 and 85-inch models were not in the pipeline for the UK market but watch this space! Size / Model (UK) One that won’t be made familiar to everyone, the RC630K is a UK-exclusive QLED running Roku TV that is likely to be available from September (or shortly thereafter). It has many of the same features as the C635, including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, along with the Onkyo sound system, albeit using Dolby Audio rather than Atmos, but there are a few other notable differences.

The C835 does also have an enhanced audio system, with a 2.1 Onkyo sound system using down-firing 3-way speakers, along with a built-in woofer also offering support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, along with Adaptive Sound. It also comes with all of the other compatibility and accessibility features of the C935 using the same Google TV platform but with the added option of a 55-inch model. To test the TCL RC630K we used Portrait Displays Calman colour calibration software. TCL RC630K review: Gaming The TCL 50C635K competes with other popular TV brands such as Samsung, LG, and Sony. While these brands offer similar features and settings, the TCL 50C635K is often considered more affordable than other brands. The TCL 50C635K also offers excellent picture and sound quality, making it an ideal option for anyone looking for a high-quality TV at an affordable price. Value for MoneyThe 55C735K’s HDR tone mapping is good enough, too, to deliver reasonable amounts of subtle shading in the brightest HDR picture areas, avoiding the excessive bleaching out of these HDR picture areas that can sometimes afflict such affordable TVs. The TCL 6-Series is one of our favorite mid-range TV models – and has got a QLED upgrade too (Image credit: TCL) TCL features and formats Alongside HDR, TCL also developed Dynamic Colour Enhancement, which is designed to optimise the vibrancy of colours. With the combining technologies of HDR and DCE, the TV is able to deliver an impressive and vibrant viewing experience, improving light and shadow, skin tone, and other details not seen as clearly on older generations of TVs. These are ideal technologies that can fully convey what the directors and artists intended for all viewers. The TCL 50C635K offers various calibration options that allow you to adjust the TV’s picture and sound settings according to your preferences. The TV comes with a built-in calibration tool that provides step-by-step instructions to help you calibrate the TV’s picture and sound quality. Additionally, you can also use third-party calibration tools to adjust the TV’s settings to your liking. Software Updates It’s better to have 1440p/120fps gameplay than 1080p/60, obviously, but it would be nice if TCL used HDMI 2.1 to get the full benefits of the spec. Sound
