Adam Hargreaves took over from his father as the Mr Men author after his death in 1988, so the charming world of Dillydale could live on. The TV series was also remade in 2008 for Channel 5’s Milkshake, this time narrated by Simon Callow bringing the Mr. Men books to life for a new generation.

You Don't Look Like You: His design for The Mr. Men Show, which is changed to the point where it's essentially a whole new character. Mr Dizzy lives in Cleverland where everything and everybody is clever. Being surrounded by so much cleverness can make one dizzy if one is not so clever. And Mr Dizzy was not so clever. But one day he finds a wishing well and make a wish to be clever. What will Mr Dizzy once he's clever? Ditzy Genius: Despite being a brilliant inventor (and proud of it), Mr. Clever is completely clueless with emotional or sensory questions. When Mr. Happy asks him for the world's funniest joke, he admits to knowing no jokes; when Mr. Greedy asks him for the world's tastiest recipe, he admits to knowing no recipes; and so on. When he tries to return to Cleverland in shame, he walks off in the wrong direction. Mr Men & Little Miss Magic is inspired by fairy tales and folklore, such as the Princess and the Pea and the Three Bears. Breakout Character: Bar none the most iconic character in the series. The fact he represents the primary thing people as a whole pursue definitely helps with that.In Mr. Men And Little Miss: The Christmas Contest, he puts lord knows how much into making his christmas decoration display, only for Little Miss Naughty to steal all the decorations just at the moment that he was going to turn them on. Mr. Worry is the 32nd book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Worry worries about everything. If it rains, he worries that his roof will leak, and if there is no rain, he worries that all of his plants will die. If he was going to the shop, he worries that the shops will be shut when he gets there, and if the shops weren't shut, he worries that he would have spent too much money. If he gets home from the shops, he worries that he may have left something behind, or one of his things had fallen out of his basket. If none of those things would happen, he worries that he would have bought too much stuff. After that, he worries about where to put them all. He worries about the other Mr. Men, and he meets a wizard who suggests he make a list of all his worries and the wizard will make sure none of them happen. When there is nothing to worry about, Mr. Worry was then happy for a week until Monday, when he was worried about having nothing to worry about. Sudden Name Change: Like Little Miss Greedy, his name was changed from Mr. Uppity to Mr. Snooty due to the word "uppity" having a racist history. Mr Quiet lived in the middle of a wood in the middle of a country called Loudland, which didn't suit him very well because no one could ever hear him. When Mr Happy invites Mr Quiet to visit Happyland, will Mr Quiet want to stay there?

Mr Rude is extraordinarily rude. He was even rude to poor Little Miss Tiny, which upset Mr Happy. Will Mr Happy be able to teach Mr Rude some manners? Little Miss Sunshine has been published under the alternative titles of Madame Bonheur (French), Doña Sonrisas (Spanish), Unsere Sonja Sonnenschein (German), Mevrouwtje Zonnestraal (Dutch), Η Κυρία Γελαστούλα (Greek), Lèguān Xiǎojiě ( 樂觀小姐; Taiwan), Balga Yang ( 밝아양; Korean) and Menina Alegria (Portuguese).Mr. Bolt is a yellow Mr. Man that is based on Usain Bolt. He will join the series, but this is currently unconfirmed. [1] Mr. Bounce [ edit ] Mr. Bounce Author This is the list of the special characters that have been released occasionally or having limited releases. One day, Mr Happy is merrily walking along, when he comes across an extraordinary sight: a person who is, but isn't! Meet Mr Nobody - a person you can see right through, and who can't remember where he is from, or what he should be doing... Mr Happy decides to try and help his invisible new friend, and rid him of his misery - but is this possible

Mr. Brave is the most courageous person in the world, or so everyone thinks. He is brave enough to save Mr. Messy from water, but he is not brave enough to go on a tightrope with Little Miss Somersault after he discovers that it has a rip in it. Little Miss Trouble watches this and tells everybody that Mr. Brave is not brave at all, and then she dares him to go the tightrope. He remembers that he is supposed to be at a tea party with Little Miss Bossy and runs away. Little Miss Trouble says that he is not brave because he ran away, but she realizes that he is brave because he was late. Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Subverted in Mr. Mischief - A Spot Of Trouble. He gives Mr. Mischief the idea to infect everyone with measles by telling him that measles are catching but then Mr. Mischief chooses to try and infect Mr. Happy (Who had the measles once in Little Miss Helpful's book) only for Mr. Happy to turn out to have become immune to the measles, meaning no epidemic happened. Little Miss Pretty is part of the Little Miss series, and is formerly known as Little Miss Vain. Little Miss Pretty lives in Prettyville. Her beauty would make Little Miss Splendid jealous. Unwanted Assistance: Little Miss Helpful has a tendency to make things worse when she tries to help people.Mr Nosey liked to know about everything that was going on. He was always poking his nose into other people's business. Mr Nosey lived in a place called Tiddletown. When the people of Tiddletown decided that Mr Nosey was becoming much too nosey, they decide to teach him a lesson.
