Both models feature a heavy-duty Class-4 gas lift to hold up plenty of weight, though the large is only recommended for weights up to 260 pounds while the XL can support up to 395 pounds. This is in line with the Titan Evo 2022, though a far cry from the E-Win Flash XL’s 550-pound limit. AndaSeat Kaiser 3 – Assembly While they are also an aesthetic feature, the extended sections, on either side of the desk, are a godsend if you like your gaming setup to support your body in all the right places. You can rest your elbows on your chair arms and bring your mouse mat and mouse closer to the end of the chair's armrests, extending that support across the full length of your forearm. Anda Seat says this chair is designed for people up to 6 feet 5.6 inches tall (200cm), but you need to be well under six foot to fully appreciate the Dark Demon. Attach the lumbar support and the usable seat pan depth is significantly reduced. It makes taller people feel as if they’re perched towards the seat's edge. We are fans of gaming chairs that recline an ostentatious amount. The Anda Seat Dark Demon can go from dead upright to 160-degree recline, so you’re almost lying flat. Bliss.

It has a “class 4” pneumatic lift, which offers 5.5cm of lift. This should be enough for all but the tallest of people, who probably shouldn’t but this chair for other reasons anyway.It’s impressive what a difference a few small changes to design can make. The biggest improvement for use has to be in the seatbase. The absence of metal bolsters completely erased the little nagging sensation that could turn into a sore spot at the sides of my legs after extensive hours in other gaming seats, including AndaSeat’s own. In the Kaiser 3, I can work and play for hours on end without getting any tender spots like this in my legs. The chair is coated with hard-wearing PVC leather which makes it resistant to scratching and spillage, and as such would make this a great option for kids. Removing the toppers of the armrests might not make a lot of sense, but AndaSeat says it has a lapboard-style attachment coming in the next couple months. Unfortunately, the armrests on the Kaiser 3 and Titan Evo 2022 don’t appear to be identical enough to be interchangeable, as their pivot adjustment buttons are different shapes (the only notable difference I can see).

If you stream, or have other ephemera on your desk that can't go anywhere else when gaming, consider a larger AndaSeat desk. The AndaSeat Eagle 2 gaming desk is a good idea for more expansive gaming rigs, as it is 55 inches wide compared to the Mask 2's 47 inches. However, the gas lift is a little weak, meaning you need to take your entire weight off the seat before it will rise. Such gas lifts can lose their power over time too (we’re talking years here), and this isn't a great starting point. The pad tops are made of very high density foam, for just a little bit of “give”, and the kinds of adjustment here are what you’ll find on some of the most expensive office chairs. These changes can be made by pushing a button on the inside of each rest. You can also recline the AndaSeat Spider-Man chair between 90°-160° safely with the knowledge that your weight will be supported, making this suitable for anyone that needs to rest at their desk. There's no mistaking the AndaSeat Mask 2 for any other gaming desk on the market right now.
