About this deal

This is everything Morrison has been building up too. All his weird parts that didn't make sense in the first omnibus come to fruition here. And its soooooo damn good! The Third Batman (672-674). A confusing story, but one that rather magnificently links the story of the Three Batmen to date with the story of Dr. Hurt to come. The question of whether Bruce is awake or hallucinating is also a fun one (and yet another Silver Age connection) [4+/5]. This was a massive collection of some of the darker times (and that's saying something) of Batman as imagined and brought to life by Grant Morrison. Over the years, most superheroes have had more than one hand in their trials, adventures, and self-realization, and this is an extensive collection of Morrison's vision of the dark knight.

This will save you from having to read a drawn out cross-over event, where only two of the issues were actually written by Morrison. But the second half of his run is a wild ride, full of Morrison's trademark brilliant madness (and all the better for it, as far as I'm concerned), so be wary. There is also a plot point set up very early that is reiterated several times throughout the story, but when it finally pays off, I was left wondering if Morrison either forgot what he was doing with it or never had a plan for it at all. Morrison also does this a lot. I bought nearly the whole of the New 52’s #1 issues but none of them got read more than Action Comics #1. It literally pulsed in my hands as I read it. It was stripped down, it was propulsive, muscular, clever, insane, and it looked like something transported from a Bruce Timm inspired 40s newspaper stand. It’s worth noting here that Batman and Robin actually continues for another nine issues under different creators. So if you’re curious how the series carried in after Morrison (can their truly be life after Morrison?), Vol. 4 contains issues #17 to #25. I honestly don't have a ton of gripes with this volume. The stuff with Batman on Apokalips was strange but needed because of Final Crisis. I also didn't care for Sensei being revealed as R'as Al Ghul's father. That just seemed odd to me. enfrenta os metaleks que fogem de uma ameaça antiga , a multitude , um conjunto de anjos enraivecidos) En este período, me temo que por "exigencia editorial" aunque no podría confirmarlo, se insertó también el Regreso de R'as al-Gul, una historia que incluyó números de Detective Comics, Batman, Nightwing y Robin y en la que el mítico enemigo de Batman trataba de volver ocupando el cuerpo de su nieto, Damian, el hijo de Batman y Talía, pero esta historia es un poco regulera, así que no se la vamos a tener en cuenta... This story is separated completely from the main of Morrison’s Batman and Robin work, and even the creator himself announced years ago that he is writing the sequel for this notable comic book story. However, the Arkham storyline is, unfortunately, on hold. Grant Morrison is one of the greatest storytellers of his generation, and his arrival in the world of the Dark Knight changed the character forever.Another Omnibus edition from Grant Morrison has a collection of the stories that include these next comic book stories:

Annual #1 (super enfrenta um homem irradiado com kryptonita e conta com a ajuda do aço) de sholly ——-entra após o #6 Collects: Batman #65, 86, 112, 113, 134, 156, 162, Detective Comics #215, 235, 247, 267, World’s Finest Comics #89 Batman vs. Robin (B&R #10-12). Another terrific story. The mystery about the missing Batman is wonderfully laid out, but Damian's coming of age in this story is at least as meaningful, and a terrific milestone in Morrison's run [5/5]. What tremendous levels of hubris must infect Batman? I mean the point is to fight crime. So what difference does it make if its "Batman" or some other costumed dude as long as they fight crime? There is no need for multiple Batpeople. Can't they just be heroes on their own skills and reputation? Apparently not.The full Morrison Batman run will be collected in Omnibus editions starting in 2018. Excitingly, the Omnibus will also include the Morrison contributions from DC’s 52 involving Batman developments after Infinite Crisis. In my book, 52 is well worth reading in its entirety, but the Bat-bits definitely make a lot more sense in the context of Morrison’s comics. Right in the center of that, proving to be the beating heart and burning catalyst to my passion was Action Comics 2012. Few comics have done as much for the image of Batman as the unbeatable Justice Leaguer as Morrison and Porter’s work on the character versus the White Martians. JLA is great for a wide number of reasons, but one particular achievement is establishing the “Man without superpowers” as the most dangerous and strategic member of the League. Batman by Grant Morrison Omnibus: Volume Two collects stories from Batman #700-702, Batman and Robin #1-16 and Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne #1-6.
