For the winter, I need something I can set and forget (FK/Collinite/Ceramic, etc).

Sure, like it's name suggests it leaves super tight beads; but sheeting is weak - so light rain mists will leave tonnes of water spots if you don't dry in time and it takes some heavy rains to get that run off effect.
