Applying numerous colors and styles in an exciting theme is an excessive way to stand apart. Follow same instructions for melting white chocolate as for semi-sweet chocolate. Transfer white chocolate to a sandwich size plastic bag, snip a very small tip off the corner of the bag and drizzle or create patterns. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired: If drizzling with white chocolate, you will want to wait until the Chocolate Covered Strawberries are set. Melt white chocolate according to either the stove or microwave method above. Transfer white chocolate to a sandwich size plastic bag, snip a very small tip off the corner of the bag and drizzle or create patterns. Let the white chocolate set at room temperature. As far as the type of chocolate, it is entirely your preference: semi-sweet, milk, white, bittersweet, etc. or a combination (for example 4 oz white, 4 oz. semi-sweet.) How to Make Chocolate Covered StrawberriesFor one thing, Valentine’s Day is just a month away ( ahem, subtle hint for my blog-reading husband right there) and nothing says loooooove like a big plate of chocolate-covered berries. Custom bakery boxes enlarge the life cycle of your sweets. The chocolates inside these exclusively made boxes are protected, which defends it from losing its original feel. It plays an active role in securing it from external factors which can cause harm, such as moisture, heat, air, etc. Let chocolate set.Let chocolate set at room temperature unless serving immediately then refrigerate 20-30 minutes to speed up the process. Once set, remove Chocolate Covered Strawberries from refrigerator. Stir the chocolate until smooth, letting the steam indirectly heat and melt it slowly. How to melt chocolate in the microwave

Prep everything. You want your strawberries, workspace and all toppings prepped so once you your chocolate is melted there is no time between dipping, coating and placing. To prep, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper (so its easily transportable) and make all of your coating preparations such as chopping, toasting etc. then place coatings in dippable bowls. If desired, melt some white chocolate chips, peanut butter, Coconut Butter, or almond butter. Use a spoon to drizzle it over the hardened chocolate strawberries. Or pour the melted chocolate into a plastic bag, cut a tiny bit off the side of the bag to make a small hole, and squeeze the chocolate out in a swirl or your preferred design.

Whether it’s a New Year’s party, Christmas, Easter, or any other main occasion, the designs play a significant role. To build the receiver’s attention toward the gift, the chocolate-covered strawberries boxes should be done gorgeously and contain all the essential details. Make someone feel extra special by creating your own customized box or arrangement with the fruit of your choice, such as a bundle with a bouquet of pineapple flowers and chocolate-dipped strawberries topped with ground hazelnuts or confetti sprinkles. For an extra treat, add a chocolate pop printed with a themed message. These custom boxes are crucial for preserving greenness and your status together, so that’s why boxes for strawberries have become so demanded as they fulfill the purpose of strengthening the brand position in the competitive market and are even used as a marketing tool. If you still need a last minute Mother’s Day treat, dessert or gift, I’ve got you covered with Chocolate Peanut Clusters, Chocolate Fondue and these simple yet elegant Chocolate Covered Strawberries! Tropical Fruit Box is also one of the few sources of Del Monte’s limited edition PinkGlow Pineapple, a rare pineapple grown in volcanic soil in Costa Rica that is exactly what it sounds like: a pineapple with pink flesh that's sweeter and less acidic in taste than a golden pineapple. In addition to exotic fruits, Tropical Fruit Box also sells fresh ginger and turmeric, the perfect addition to a DIY smoothie. Melt your chocolate, either in a microwave or using the double boiler method below. For a smoother sauce, I like to stir in the optional oil after melting the chocolate.Start by washing your strawberries, then placing them on a paper towel or cloth towel to dry. Because water will make chocolate seize, it is very important to dry the berries completely before dipping in the chocolate sauce. Wash and dry strawberries VERY WELL. Your strawberries must be completely dry before dipping otherwise the moisture will cause the chocolate to seize and turn lumpy and solidify. For one pound of strawberries you will need 8 oz. baking chocolate – not chocolate chips. Baking chocolate is pure chocolate without any added ingredients and therefore tastes superior but more importantly for our purposes, it melts and coats much better. The key benefit of these boxes is environmental protection. In addition, their production process tends to be tremendously functional, further reducing the use of precious resources and minimizing the negative influence of business on the environment.

A few of these ideas are as simple as pressing something into the wet chocolate after the berry is dipped. Chocolate curls and gold dragees both make this easy candy super elegant. You could also use white sugar pearls on white chocolate for a really classy, wedding-appropriate look. And of course, with the wide variety of sprinkles out there these days, the sky’s the limit! Line a baking tray or large plate with parchment paper or wax paper, and set it aside. Or get out a piece of Styrofoam (see below). Place the chocolate pieces in the top pan of a double boiler or in a heat safe mixing bowl over a saucepan or bottom double boiler filled with about an inch of simmering (not boiling) water.Just Say No to Water. You’ll want to wash your berries before you eat them, of course. But make sure your berries are COMPLETELY dry before you dip them. Damp berries, or even just a stray water droplet here or there, can cause your melted chocolate to seize. What does that mean? It means your pretty, glossy, fluid chocolate will turn into a lumpy mess. You won’t be able to dip your berries. You will try gnawing on the chocolate tumors, but it will feel like a hollow victory. You will be sad. Coat in any toppings you wish, then place the berry on the prepared tray. Once all strawberries are coated with chocolate, let them sit at room temperature to set the hard chocolate coating. Do not chill in the refrigerator, which could cause condensation to form on the berries. For best results, don’t refrigerator your strawberries unless necessary. Set chocolate at room temperature and store at room temperature. If you are in a warm climate and need to refrigerate your strawberries to set, then allow 15-30 minutes to harden in the refrigerator, then remove. Chocolate does not like being cold.
