About this deal

Most US cities will require a car seat, correct. However, for everyday use in the city I would just use the bassinet part or reclined seat because babies shouldn’t be rolling in car seats all the time because it’s bad for their spine. In the US it’s a norm, because people just follow the trend, but it’s a big no-no everywhere else. On the brighter side, the canopy is one of the biggest advantages of Bugaboo Butterfly because it’s huge, zippable, breezy and covers the child almost completely. It doesn’t wobble like on some other strollers, it’s a well-designed and stable canopy. The Babyzen Yoyo+ really is exceptional in this area. Out of all of the lightweight buggies we tested, this was the smoothest ride out of them all and by a considerable margin too. My firstborn always slept and chilled comfortably in the stroller, and it wasn’t bumpy for him. Also, you can roll it around like a suitcase, which makes rolling even more seamless. Generally, I love how easy it was to move the baby stroller with one hand. Parents love baby strollers that provide maximum convenience and are lightweight, compact, and foldable. Yoyo+ became an instant success after its launch in 2012 because parents loved its features.

After testing it, I will say that Bugaboo Butterfly is an okayish stroller, but still prefer Babyzen Yoyo or even Joolz Aer+. Don’t get me wrong, the stroller has a lot of good features, but for such a high price tag Bugaboo Butterfly underwhelmed me for various reasons described below in detail– most importantly quality is very low. Cons: very tall parents might prefer an extendable handlebar while shorter parents might feel like it’s too high. When folded, the Babyzen Yoyo+ is tiny. It really is quite remarkable how small it is when collapsed. It’s minute folded size means that it can be carried effortlessly. If space is an issue for you, the Yoyo+ is well worth considering. How does it look?It took our tester a few tries to nail the one-handed fold on the Yoyo+, but once she had figured it out, it was the most convenient fold out of all the buggies she tested. Babyzen doesn’t have a bumper bar as an official accessory and for me, that was a downside as my kids love pulling on it. As you can see we have a bumper bar and lots of people wonder how it works and where did we get it from. While it’s super easy to do it by just unclipping a button, due to the height of the seat after reclining it I had to push the seat material down with my hand to make it go all the way to maximum. My older son can do it himself, but a baby will need some help. Babyzen Yoyo vs Bugaboo Butterfly Canopy I was a bit surprised when I discovered the recline of Bugaboo Butterly isn’t great. The stroller reclines visibly less than Babyzen Yoyo and slightly less than Joolz Aer. It’s crazy, because so many retailers claimed Butterfly has a lower recline but in reality, it’s not the case.

The peek-a-boo window on the canopy seemed useful, but it’s made of transparent soft plastic. You cannot open or close it, so on a sunny day we usually put a rag over it, because the sun gets through it so we often put a cloth on top of the stroller on very sunny days. Offering ultimate comfort for your child and practicality for you, the YOYO² Stroller by BABYZEN folds and unfolds with one hand, can be carried over the shoulder, slips in anywhere, stores easily and travels as carry-on-baggage*. Travel system compatible with its own matching carseat (BabyZen iZi Go Modular by BeSafe) and also compatible with Maxi-Cosi Pebble and Pebble Plus, Cybex Aton Q and Nuna Pipa Doona in the winter or rain is what nightmares are made of. You’re basically loading wheels full of snow and mud inside your car, not your trunk – it makes the car super gross. With a stroller only your trunk gets dirty. I have this one and it works great and the stroller CAN FOLD with it just fine, but it’s just an extra you want to add – for us it’s a must! I cannot imagine life without it, because with my older son, we don’t strap him as he goes in and out all the time and the bar is crucial.Unfolding of Bugaboo Butterfly is super easy as it expands smoothly. With a bit of a push from your arm, the stroller will expand. After a few tries, the stroller will usually expand smoothly. Bugaboo Butterfly drives smoothly and there isn’t much difference between the Butterfly and the Yoyo2 when it comes to being able to maneuver around tight corners and suspension on wheels. It drives like a charm honestly so no complaints here. Ergo has adjustable parental bar while Yoyo doesn’t. It can be a pro, but also a con as adjustable things are naturally more prone to loosening up and wobbling. At 14.5 pounds or 6.6 kg, Babyzen Yoyo2 is one of the lightest strollers out there apart from models like Cybex Libelle which doesn’t offer that many options. Although it’s a featherweight product, it has a reinforced frame. That makes it possible to accommodate a baby’s weight and other items up to 48 pounds (22 kg). Isn’t that incredible?
