Covonia chesty cough mixture is a medicine that helps to ease chesty coughs and sore throats in adults and children aged five years and over. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 2x 5ml spoonfuls when required up to a maximum of 4 times a day You shouldn't take Covonia dry cough sugar free formula if you have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor antidepressant (MAOI), such as phenelzine, tranylcypromine, isocarboxazid or moclobemide, in the last 14 days. You have taken it according to the instructions given by the prescriber or in the information provided with this medicine This product may be taken for up to five days following which, if symptoms persist, medical advice should be sought.
