About this deal

Like it may be slightly crazy for me to say, but Diesel was the first Viper that I fell for because he was himself from the beginning. He wasn’t hiding his bloodlust and need for pain and destruction, and once Roxy had his attention, he vowed to protect her (but not from himself). Even during his most intense moments he was always thinking about her and ways that he could make her happy and feel pleasure. And to be honest, he was the most frequent comic relief in the book. I felt like I was in a freaking fever dream while reading this. Knight is truly an author to behold because somehow she managed to make me bored, angry, and just plain confused all at the same time. That being said, I liked the book a lot and while I gave it 4 stars I will still likely buy a physical copy because the cover art is beautiful and I’ll likely enjoy a reread. I just felt like there was potential for the book to be better with more in the story line. Final Thoughts on Den of Vipers If you like smut, chances are this will be a satisfying read. The author is very good at building up tension before and during these scenes. Although, I must say that many of the scenes are extremely graphic. The pairing of violence and sex is a common theme within this book. If you like to explore those themes in conjunction with one another, this might be enjoyable for you. the writing was worse than a lot of things i’ve read on wattpad. that’s saying something. wattpad is the central for horny teenagers with terrible writing, and yeaaa, this is worse. so. you get the idea. the author was trying to hard to make things sound good and to cuss alot and honestly it sounds like a worse version of a book i tried to write when i was younger and thought swearing was the coolest thing in the world. ummm yea it was that bad. deadass. i’d give you actual quotes from the book but i’m too lazy and can’t be bothered yeet.

DEN OF VIPERS: Is a full length dark, reverse harem romance book by new to me author K.A. Knight. Various POV's. To be fair, I knew I wouldn’t like this book, but I really did not expect it to be this bad. Right now, it has a 4.11/5 rating…it couldn’t be that bad, right?? Oh, I was wrong. I was so wrong. Ryder, Kenzo, Garret, Diesel. One a leader, one a softie, one a fighter and one a psycho..They might not be the same blood but sometimes loyalty and friendship is ties together far more well than blood. But when a feisty little girl comes crashing into their life, their brutal cold facades break little by little. They will keep her safe no matter what but will she keep their heart safe...much less all four hearts safe? This book is about as fun as taking a knife up the pooper. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The viper guys lmao they made my kitty clench in disgust more than anything 🤣 some scenes just threw me. If you like wattpad written by 12 yo one direction fans, you’ll be just fine. The writing style is -1 star. I did not understand the whole inner darkness of Garrett and Diesel, just psycho dudes thrown at your face for no reason, the girl deserved them, she’s the most annoying one.

Den of Vipers gets 4 stars and 5 peppers from me. I had originally given the book a 5 star review but after sitting with the story for a while I dropped a star because there could have been more with the subplots that would have made the story more than just a smutty instalove reverse harem. And from myself? I learned it’s okay to love yourself. Even the darkest parts of you. No matter the shape, size, or weirdness you came with. Embrace your scars and never be ashamed to be who you are, because there is only one of you.”Unlike many authors, Knight did not grow up dreaming of becoming an author. Rather she was more interested in other things and when she was older she got into film and design. These two would become a passion and when she finally went to college, that is what she studied. The spice actually was not what I expected for a RH/why choose/ mafia not mafia type gangish type book. Yeah, thee were some down and dirty deeds but honestly it could have been far more depraved and detailed. I almost felt it repetitive at times during their spicy scenes. Obviously, there are dark elements that our favorite crazy boy adds and they really didn’t do it for me but I wasn’t put off.
