Deliverer: The Deliverer is a 10 mm handgun that Deacon will take from the remains of Tommy Whispers during the mission Tradecraft. He will gift it to the player for the recovery of Carrington's Prototype. This will be detailed in Chapter 17: Tradecraft. An upgraded Delivery will outperform other the game''s 10 mm handguns. It has an increased chance of a hit in V.A.T.S. and depletes the Action Point bar 25% less than other handguns. It cannot be converted to automatic fire and cannot support a scope; but ranged fire is for sniper rifles. As a sidearm, it is among the best available. It's firepower can be further upgraded with Gun Nut 3 and Gunslinger can increase this by 20% with 5 upgrades, doubling its firepower.
