Access for up to 60 children (this does include siblings, total of 150 people including adults). Children must be aged 10 years and below to go on the equipment. From June 2016, the Zoo stopped selling single-use plastic water bottles, instead swapping them for a sustainable alternative, CanOWater. Customers are also able to refill their water bottles at various catering outlets around the Zoo. These changes are part of ZSL's #OneLess campaign, which aims to reduce the amount of plastic entering our oceans. Your great day out is of paramount importance to us. However, so is the welfare of our animals and on occasions, we may have some important care that we need to do for our animals, that requires them to remain off show. As with most Lemur encounters, the saying don't touch them came to light and it was a case of, if they jump on you thats fine, but don't try to entice them.

Free car parking is subject to availability and only available in conjunction with Zoo visits and is not available on weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. Car parking at these times will be charged at the applicable rate. This completed the evening tours, but our morning tour took place at 8.45am after we had finished our breakfast. The viewing platform extends into the giraffes’ barn and visiting during feeding time is a real treat! Where Whipsnade is better value to visit for me, than London, is that there is no clean air zone charge, and no expensive car park, things that make a trip to ZSL London, rather offputting for me, On adult only nights, guests aged 14 years and over, are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult must be over the age of 18.The acres of open space at Passage through Asia give the animals plenty of space to roam. You will often see the Pere David’s deer and axis deer wading in to the large natural lake. There will be members of the Hullabazoo team present during the party to supervise the building and manage entry of your guests to the main play space. They would be happy to make announcements over the tannoy to call children off the equipment for food, answer any queries that you might have, or assist in an emergency. Pushchairs and prams must be left outside in our buggy park. We have limited space inside Hullabazoo Indoor Play for accommodating sleeping babies in pushchairs. If these areas are full we cannot allow any more pushchairs inside. The keeper spoke with passion and I actually found talking to him, far more interesting than what we done with the Elephants to be honest. Yes, there is parking directly outside the Butterfly House or in our Hullabazoo car park which is adjacent to the Butterfly House.
