The writing makes it feel as though you’re sitting down with someone, listening to them tell the story directly. It’s both entertaining and heartfelt, and I loved following both Prince and Danielle’s stories. I loved their families and friend groups, too. I feel like the platform should be used to bring more meaning into this world than just a story about two people falling in love. Just my humble opinion. While their first real encounter isn't perfect, the two definitely make an impression on one another. I grimace as I switch my phone to silent mode and pull myself up and to my desk. It’s been over a year, and occasionally Destiny still randomly hits me up like everything is normal. I’m not ready to face her. I tried that already and she dismissed me, making me feel like I asked for it. So screw her.

Prince Jones, our male lead, has an Uncle who is a popular radio-DJ. Prince, being raised with his Uncle as a strong influence in his life, loves all things music. He also loves helping people. And the owner fell in love with her immediately. I’m like: ‘That’s a love story within a love story. Come on! I have to write this in.' ”

Although she has saved some of her childhood poems and stories, she doesn’t have a copy of that one.
