About this deal

Green gel food colouring green colouring is optional but I think it looks a little more striking with a classic mint green colour! I add a little to both the whipped cream swirls and to the melted white chocolate Peppermint extract for a delicious touch of mint with the sweet chocolatey Oreos! I used Dr Oetker American Peppermint flavouring As a personal chef Sabrina would cook for families one day a week and cook their entire week of dinners. All grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning was done along with instructions on reheating. As a private chef she cooked for private parties and cooked in family homes in the evenings for families on a nightly basis after working as a personal chef during the day.

Toppings– Some of our favorite milkshake toppings include crushed Oreos, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, mini M&Ms, chocolate shavings, or cherries. Cacao Powder - If you don't have cacao powder, I recommend using dutch process cocoa powder. Cocoa powder might not have as strong of a chocolate flavor, however, and has less nutritional benefits compared to cacao powder. Aside from crushing up some mint Oreos for adding on top of the fudge filling, all that’s left to do is make the no-churn mint chocolate chip ice cream. It literally takes less than 10 minutes to toss together and makes perfect ice cream every single time. My friend who is obsessed with making ice cream in an ice cream maker tried some of my mint chocolate chip ice cream and couldn’t believe it was a no-churn recipe since the texture and flavor was so spot on. I thought that was pretty flattering. The assembled cake or leftovers can be stored in the freezer, wrapped in acetate or plastic wrap, for up to two months. If you’re wondering how the ice cream stays creamy and doesn’t become icy, it’s because this ice cream recipe does not contain any fruit juices or liquids. Whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk become creamy when combined and frozen. If we were to add other ingredients such as fruit juice, you’d be able to spot the icy particles in the ice cream. Key IngredientsI always believe that brownies are an all round winner even if you don’t like chocolate THAT much – you could make any variation you like! Or even try one of my Blondie recipes! Mix on low until fully incorporated, then beat on high for about 30 seconds until it is light and fluffy again. Add up to one more cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

I like to let mine sit in the refrigerator to speed up the process. You could have them in a tin lying around the house, or use them for a delicious afternoon treat, or even freeze them so you can have one whenever you please – seriously one of the best treats around. Heavy Cream: Use chilled heavy whipping cream (it’s labeled as double cream in the UK). Do not try and substitute with milk or half and half as it won’t work. Also, be careful when whipping the cream not to overwhip it. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl after adding these ingredients so everything gets mixed together evenly.
