The C-D6 feels sturdy and has a good amount of weight to it, though at roughly 4 kg it’s not too heavy to carry. The walnut-effect design gives it a classy, premium look and adds to the depth of sound. By the time we finished our Pure Evoke CD-6 review, it was clear to us that this radio is one that you can easily fall in love with. The Evoke F3 looks much more modern than the D1, D2 and D4 models, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your taste. Features This radio comes with a small but very useful remote control which takes one CR2025 battery (not included). This is the same type of small, round battery you find in many calculators.

If being able to stream music from a Bluetooth-enabled device like a smartphone or laptop is important to you, the Evoke D4 with Bluetooth is a good option. Otherwise you should go for the regular Evoke D4, which costs less. This particular radio system comes with an attractive real-wood casing, which is common throughout the Evoke portfolio. As with most Pure radios, the Evoke C-D6 is made to be highly user-friendly. Setting the radio up for the first time should be easy. However, like any piece of technology, it can be challenging to set the radio up, especially if it’s your first time interacting with Pure Radios. The Pure Evoke C-D6 is one of the more expensive radios on the market at the moment, though it’s there are several more high-end models out there.
