If you’re looking for a reliable, mid-range, space-saving treadmill then read on – this might be the one for you. Programmes and Settings Adjusting the speed is done via the buttons just below the display – we would have liked to have seen integrated handlebar controls at this price, but it looks like Reebok opted for a more sleek and simple design for this model. Not a huge issue, but something we thought was worth noting. Weighing just 56kg, the Reebok I Run 4.0 is lighter than most home (not to mention gym) treadmills. If you ever need help and advice, Reebok has a UK helpline and online chat available should you need it. Verdict

COLOUR: irun+ treadmills may have either a solid white motor hood and the chosen colour detail will be on the circle discs, end caps and console, or a solid coloured motor housing of the colour chosen. The Reebok I Run 4.0 really comes into its own here. The 12 programmes are easy to access, and offer a range of walking and running sessions designed to suit people of all abilities – from the simplest of walks to the most gruelling runs.

PROTECTING YOUR HOME IS A BREEZE

But, being a treadmill without an incline system, the preset workouts are limited to controlling only the speed of the belt. In terms of speed, the stated 16kph (10 mph) maximum puts it on a par with many similarly priced models however the set 4 degree incline used here is not the most impressive. It’s a little disappointing not just because it can’t be changed, but because the actual level of incline is so very low. At just 4 degrees it’s barely an incline at all and can’t be changed to flat. If you already train on an incline it’s likely that the I Run 4.0 won’t provide you with enough of a challenge, though if you’re planning on using it for some gentle exercise and would like to walk uphill on a gentle slope, or if you don’t care about incline, then it’ll certainly do a job. Reebok always provide great warranties, and it’s no different with this treadmill. It comes with a 10 year motor warranty as standard, so you’re covered if anything were to go wrong with the motor that wasn’t your fault. In addition, you get a 2 year parts and labour warranty. Treadmill Programmes: 6 motivating training programs: target programs on time, distance and calories ensure to systematically pursue targets. A 15 min, 30 min. and 45 min. exercise program provide the completion of training sequences depending on your target and fitness level Get going with speeds up to 13kmper hour and 2 incline levels, which will allow you to tailor each workout to your needs whether you just want a brisk uphill walk or a challenging, fast-paced run. Get going with speeds up to 16km per hour and a 4° set incline thathelps promote good running form whilst delivering a consistent challenge, Adjust the speed from brisk uphill walk to a challenging, fast-paced run and steadily improve your fitness. There's a spacious running area of 125 (L) x 46 (W) cm, with Elastomer Cushioning reducing the impact of each stride.

Motor: 1.75 HP continuous power granting a sound engine power as well as easy running characteristics As with every treadmill we review, we always test the build quality of the machines. Whilst having a lot of training programmes is all well and good, you’ll want to buy a machine that’s going to last. The control buttons are quite small too but are well spaced out and few in number making it easy to press the button you want without accidently pressing another button. Navigation to get to the program you want is rudimentary but easy enough and there are 16 training options to choose from with 12 preset workouts, 3 target based (distance, time, calories) workouts, and a body fat test.Looking to ramp up your running routine? It has to be the Reebok Jet 300+, the crème de la crème of the treadmill market. The main selling point of the I Run 4.0 is, of course, it’s compact size. With a folded footprint of 153cm x 75cm it doesn’t take up much room but with a height of 31.5cm it’s unlikely to fit under your sofa (unless you happen to have a similar sofa to the one used in the marketing pictures of course) or your bed so folding it in the vertical rather than horizontal position is likely to be the preferred option for most users. In the vertical position the footprint is just 75cm x approx 31.5cm so it terms of being able to store it out of the way when it’s not being used there’s no doubting that it’s up there with the best compact machines available at the moment. No assembly or tools required - simply unfold for use straight from the box.A great choice for enthusiastic runners who want to freedom to exercise at home and want to avoid costly gym fees, the I-Run 4.0Treadmill can also be folded away compactly when not in use. First, the I Run goes much faster: 16kph compared to 9kph – almost twice as fast. Additionally, the RunningPad offers no pre-set programmes, while the I Run has 18. Finally, the I Run’s maximum user weight is 10kg higher, making it more suitable for heavier users.

Includes 12 pre-set workout programmes, and 3 target workouts (with time, distance, and calorie goals). The warranty for the majority of these Reebok running machines is 10 years for the motor and 2 years for parts. This means you can expect your treadmill to last you over 10 years, which is a pretty good investment. Specific models will last you longer, after all, you get what you pay for. The Reebok One GT30 may be on its last legs before the Reebok Jet 300+ breaks a sweat, although wear and tear will, of course, depend on use. Our verdict A great choice for enthusiastic runners who want to freedom to exercise at home, the I Run Treadmill can also be folded away compactly when not in use. That said, it’s surprisingly stable and robust, and can handle users weighing up to 120kg. This means that it’s actually sturdier than some of the heavier, bulkier treadmills out there. Other benefits include higher speeds that will cover most running needs, a range of workout programmes, and an informative, easy-to-use display console. All this, and the reasonable price tag, make this an excellent beginner to mid-level treadmill to challenge your home fitness goals! Reebok iRun 4.0 Voucher Code The treadmill doesn’t have any adjustable incline features which is a shame, but it does have a set incline of 4 degrees. This is barely noticeable, but it has been shown that a slight incline whilst walking and running is better for joint health. This treadmill can go head to head with most home treadmills out there, and even outclass more than a few. The Reebok I Run is one of best known compact treadmills on the market. The first I Run to hit the market was incredibly popular thanks to its small dimensions that would allow owners to put them into rooms that a full size treadmill simply wouldn’t fit into. They weren’t without their faults however and subsequent versions have been trying to improve on the original with varying degrees of success. We took a look at the Reebok I Run 4.0 to see what changes/improvements Reebok has made. Here’s what we found.

Treadmill Speed: 0-14 km/h speed range adjusted direct from the console offers a perfect range of options for the user Solidly built with durable wheels for easy transport, the i-Run 4.0 Treadmill offers an impressive max. user weight of 120 kg, regardless of the uniquely foldable and condensed design. The light and slender build was designed with compactness in mind, and that is certainly one of this treadmill’s best features. Fully set up, it measures H156 x W75 x D133cm, but folded up it only measures H31.5, W75, D133cm, meaning it could easily fit under many sofas or beds. incline levels: This range is good for mixing up the intensity of the workout and is a step up from lower-priced models. The costs for delivery, installation services and monthly insurance products cannot be placed on BNPL.You can avoid paying all interest for both periods by paying the cash price before the end of the delayed Lightweight and compact, but sturdy and easy to use, the Reebok I Run 4.0 Treadmill is a great exercise machine for your home workouts. Our only caveat to this would be that for a similar price, you can get your hands on the Reebok Jet 100 Treadmill, which we’ve tested and reviewed. It’s got more features than the I Run 4.0 and has a larger running surface – the only important difference is the max user weight (120kg on the I Run 4.0, 110kg on the Jet 100).
