Kenya Law attended a ‘Witness Protection Rules of Court Validation Workshop’ held on 24th October, 2014 at Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi. The workshop, co-hosted by the Judiciary, International Commission of Jurists-Kenya (ICJ) and the Witness Protection Agency (WPA) had the main goal of validating the ‘Witness Protection Draft Rules of Court’ for possible adoption and implementation by the Judiciary in Kenya.
