All our electrical products carry a 12 month guarantee or longer if specified by the manufacturer. Products that carry a manufacturer’s guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for repair or exchange as necessary during the guarantee period. Items returned that are not deemed to be faulty or the fault is not covered under the guarantee will be subject to return postage costs.

With the Waterfall Filter – you have additional benefits of multi staged filtration. The Waterfall filter has all the same features as its smaller counterpart, giving you the option to create a simple waterfall in your pond. But the waterfall has additional filter media included to increase the filtration of the water. Items that are perishable also cannot be returned. This includes, fish food, pond and aquarium treatments etc, if the seals have been broken. Large pallet items like aquariums are deemed delivered successfully with no damage once the the driver has left the property. If a report of damage is submitted after the driver has left we may be unable to assist with replacements. We recommend refusing a damaged delivery, this is the fastest resolution. Damaged on arrival? Should any damage be identified upon or before opening the parcel(s) you should notify us within 24 hours of delivery and advise the exact damage. Should you wish for the delivery to be made by instalments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable.

For your own protection, we recommend that goods that are to be returned, are sent via a recorded delivery service with sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the goods. Each filter can be easily placed anywhere around your pond or garden to create a soothing waterfall effect. Incorrect Deliveries, including wrong items and shortages should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery to advise the exact inconsistencies. If a product fails during the first 6 months, Aquatix-2u Ltd will cover the return costs. After 6 months the cost of returning the product will lie with the customer, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers residing outside of the UK that have an item repaired or replaced under guarantee will be liable for the postage cost that would exceed the cost in the UK. The hang on application of the biological filter at the rear, saves space inside the aquarium and provides superior water quality through mechanical, chemical and biological filtration I was looking for something to use for a waterfall with my Blagdon Affinity Pond instead of fountain options provided. This is exactly what was needed. It provides a lovely blade of water to the pond and is caught at night with the light on the pump making the spillway and waterfall look great. All services are working day services and do not include delivery on Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays as standard. Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday only, although some Royal Mail items may be delivered on weekends as standard if the service is available in your area. If the goods have been handled more than necessary and therefore not returned to us in the same condition that they were sent out. The extent to which you handle goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
