Overall, both the Wave Solo and Duo are excellent devices that can provide more than enough intensity to help you recover after a workout. They are also from a top brand and have Bluetooth connectivity for convenience. So whether you go for the Solo or the Duo, you can expect a top-class product that will meet your needs. Yes, they are! if you’re looking to take your recovery game to the next level, then a vibrating foam roller is worth the investment. Why are vibrations so important?
