About this deal

This TWIX cheesecake dip is the perfect way to use leftover halloween candy too! Some other great options for using up leftover Halloween candy include: Gingerbread Twix (Replaces butter cookie base with gingerbread cookie base) (First released as flavor in U.S. in 2014, has limited distribution in U.S. during seasonal holiday months)

CANDY BAR CRUNCH: The Twix candy bars bring a delightful crunch to every bite, elevating the dip’s overall experience. I adore dessert dips. They are easy to make and always go great at parties. Plus, since my oven is usually busy baking other things, I am always looking for easy no bake desserts to fill up the table. This TWIX cheesecake dip is perfect because it needs just three ingredients and tastes amazing. MAKE SURE TO ADD PARCHMENT PAPER TO YOUR PAN. This will help immensely with getting your homemade twix bars out without breaking. The decoration of a cupcake like this is often so simple. I tend to choose the same piping tip all of the time as I just can’t resist it… my 2d closed star piping tip is the best choice for me, but you can use any you fancy. There’s nothing better than capturing the flavors of the classic chocolate-covered shortbread cookie and caramel candy bar and converting them into a Twix dip with cream cheese base, topped with caramel and fun-sized candy pieces. While there’s nothing wrong with those three-ingredient Twix dessert dips that don’t contain the caramel sauce, I think this candy bar dip tastes better with extra caramel swirled inside and drizzled on top. I add a little drizzle of caramel sauce to my cupcakes for an extra little something, and of course some chocolate themed sprinkles to boot. I used one little bar of Twix per cupcake, cut in half – because the more Twix the better, am I right?!

Miniatures (Single miniature-sized Twix bar. First released in the 1990s. Reissued as Twix Mini Biscuits in 2014. Returned to being distributed as Twix Miniatures in 2014) It’s different to the Rolo one, because the crunch of the biscuit from the Twix. The caramel bits ooze out, and its so yummy. No, the cheesecake filling bit isn’t melted down Twix, because that just wouldn’t even slightly work, but its still delicious. You can use Twix for the biscuit base if you wish, but I just think its easier and cheaper to do it this way. Twix Xtra (Larger bar than the standard size. First released in 1994 in the U.K. under the name Twix King Size, later released in continental Europe and U.S.) Sugar – I use light brown soft sugar for these sponges as I think it suits the caramel flavour, but you can use caster sugar or golden caster sugar as well Who doesn't miss a Twix bar? Well it might not quite be the bar but the chocolate spread is gluten free. It is a chocolate based spread, a bit like Nutella but contains biscuit pieces. Yes you heard me right, biscuit. The biscuit in it though has been made with rice flour not wheat flour, now they just need to do that in proper Twix's too!
