With electric paint sprayers, the higher the number of watts that the electric motor is, the more raw power it has. 400 watts should be about the lowest you go with and if you are planning to do a big job, you really should be going a fair bit higher with something like 600W. Whilst able to be used with all the aforementioned paints, they may need to be thinned down more than they would with a more expensive model which can lead to another coat being required. And also that video reminded me of another good thing about this unit. With the motor being separate from the paint pot, there’s no weight pulling down as you tighten up and re-attach the pot to the sprayer, as a result, it doesn’t mis-thread which was a common problem on the other units I tested.
