Description

Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Anycubic quality control to be in working condition The Mono 4K has a larger build volume of 165 x 132 x 80mm, so it’s perfect if you want to print miniatures like statuettes and Warhammer model figurines. It also means you’ll be perfectly comfortable building pieces for larger, multi-part builds. Print Speed Print speed is one of the most compelling reasons to opt for the Mono SQ, as it boasts a speed of 60mm/hour, which is 3x the speed of the original Photon Mono. Needless to say, this is impressive for a machine of this cost, and makes it a great choice if you want to print minifigures or more complex projects that require separately printed parts. Touchscreen While each model in the Anycubic Mono series has its own differences, they share a lot in common too. If any of the below are your main priority when deciding on which 3D printer to buy, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn that any one of the machines we’ve discussed today will fit your bill. Included Slicing Software

The LCD exposure screen features an anti-scratch protective film with a high light transmission that protects the screen from scratches and resin leakage, while still achieving high printing accuracy. An additional replacement protective film is included! With a print volume of 4.76 litres and a build space of 195.84 x 122.4 x 200 mm, you can afford to print larger models as well as perform multiple prints in one pass. Increased efficiency is guaranteed!

Press Reviews

The Photon Mono X 6Ks is equipped with a 9.1-inch HD monochrome display with a resolution of up to 5760 x 3600 pixels. With a contrast ratio of 380:1, sharp and finer details can be displayed. Inability to provide evidence of damage during transportation or images/videos showing the machine's malfunction. Failure to return the product to Anycubic within 7 business days after the replacement has been confirmed by Anycubic. If a tighter budget is your deciding factor, however, then the original Anycubic Mono is a perfectly serviceable machine with no real downsides in terms of print quality or usability. While slower than the others, it’s still one of the better and cheaper resin printers available on the market today. Despite its greater build capabilities, the Mono X falls into the middling ground when it comes to print speed. At a maximum of 60mm/h, it is noticeably faster than the original Mono printer. Touchscreen

It comes with a screen protector for the LED glass, which covers the glass to protect it from scratches or dreaded resin drips. Despite the models all carrying the Mono name, the Mono X should be considered a completely different machine. Its differences in build volume, resolution, and design make it stand out the most, especially in price. The UV power of the machine is high. If there are solid reside in the resin vat or on the printing platform frequently, please decrease the UV power and increase the normal exposure time. As is expected of such a low price tag, the Photon Mono is fairly rudimentary in design. However, it has a build volume of 130 x 78 x 165mm, which isn’t too different from its counterparts. Essentially, this means that if build volume is your main focus, then the Anycubic Mono is definitely the one for you. While it falls short in other areas by comparison, the dollars to build size can’t be beaten. Print Speed

While it boasts a standard touchscreen, the LCD screen of the Anycubic Mono 4K is at 6.23’’. This makes perfecting your settings and designs much simpler and more satisfying to carry out, and looks pretty cool to boot.

The UV power of a 3D printer is the intensity of the ultraviolet (UV) light source used to cure the resin during the printing process, and it is a measure of the energy delivered per unit area of resin. UV power is measured in watts per square centimeter (W/cm²) and determines the rate at which the resin cures. Higher UV power cures the resin faster and correspondingly faster print speeds. Different UV power levels will have an impact on the quality and efficiency of the print. Adjusting the UV power according to the needs is one of the practical printing skills. Your IPA should never be flushed down the drain, especially after being contaminated with uncured resin. Instead, keep using the resin until it’s too dirty, then leave the container open to evaporate. The remaining sludge can be cured with UV light or the sun before being thrown away.Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition. With touchscreens becoming the norm for 3D printers around the time of Anycubic’s Photon Zero, all three Mono models have their own color screens built into the machine. One area where the Mono loses out, however, is its print speed. While it’s not often a deal-breaker, if you want to print as much as you can as fast as you can, the Anycubic Mono’s maximum print speed of 50mm/h is the slowest of the three by 10mm/h.
