Smaller monitors tend to weigh less and be less bulky, which makes them a perfect solution for mounting on top of your camera or a gimbal. This monitor uses purpose-built SSDs for recording, so be sure you have all the necessary equipment. Given the features, it isn’t surprising that this will run you more than the Ninja V. If you’re not recording above 4K, some of the benefits of this monitor may be lost. Only 1000 nits brightness. If you’re shooting a lot outside, you might want to get a sun hood for the monitor or choose a monitor with a brighter screen. To save space and support longer recordings, many cameras record compressed 4:2:0 8-bit video internally. If the camera is able to output video via HDMI, the quality can often be preserved in a 4:2:2 8-bit or 10-bit format. Ninja V can record more color information and immediately add value to your production with your existing camera rig. Additionally, if you’re shooting Log footage, the ability to bypass internal compression will offer the best possible dynamic range. Ninja V is designed to maximize the quality of your videos and allow you to extend every aspect of your creative vision. Resolution
