Our 2011 State of Access Report was the result of the first comprehensive piece research carried out into UK venue access. Based on two years of research spanning over 100 music venues UK-wide, the report was launched at a lunchtime reception at the House of Commons. As Audience Development Manager at Attitude is Everything, I lead on forging partnerships across the UK to secure the involvement of new audiences with our work. I have overall responsibility for managing our Mystery Shopping programme, which last year produced 300 mystery shop reports by disabled volunteers, of venues and festivals across the UK. I also manage our Festival Volunteering programme, which places volunteers in roles working at the information tent at numerous summer festivals. In fact, the author openly gives credit for the well known personalities from whom he has extracted opinions - such as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Napoleon Hill, Winston Churchill and many more - while sharing his own principles. The research established that clarity of information is one of the main barriers for disabled and Deaf gig goers. Only 64% of access information provided to the mystery shoppers was found to correctly represent the facilities at the venues audited. In 2017, we launched a version of the Charter specifically for Grassroots music venues in consultation with Music Venue Trust, with Tunbridge Wells Forum being the first to be awarded. This year also saw the Live Events Access Charter being endorsed by UK Music’s ‘Live Music Group’ and the UK Government as the ‘Best Practice Access Standards in Live Music.’

By March 2022, we will aim to have 230 number of venues and festivals signed to our Charter of Best Practice. D. Commitments for Technology and Innovation

Regular monitoring of academic standards is carried out through a review of assessment materials and student outcomes via the organisations’ exam boards or equivalent. To some degree, most people are like water in that they take the shape of whatever environment they are placed in. If you associate with people who have poor, self-defeating attitudes, maintaining a positive attitude is going to be an overwhelming challenge. On the other hand, if you associate with inspirational people who reflect positivity, your own attitude is going to flourish. Positive people have confident body language while negative people have reserved and closed-off body language If you determine that some of the people you associate with demonstrate qualities such as negativity, jealousy, anger, self-defeating behavior, and other aspects of a poor attitude, it is important to limit your exposure to them as much as possible.

Keith Harrell, the author at Success.com and inspirational speaker, says that “We all have a choice. We can choose an inner dialogue of self-encouragement and self-motivation, or we can choose one of self-defeat and self-pity. It’s a power we all have. Each of us encounters hard times, hurt feelings, heartache, and physical and emotional pain. The key is to realize it’s not what happens to you that matters; it’s how you choose to respond.”I still have the same vision that I’ve always had for Attitude is Everything and it’s going to exist for as long as it’s needed by disabled people and the music and live event sectors. One common thought process of negative people is that the only people who are successful are those who are born with near superhuman intelligence, born into wealth, or born with any number of other attributes that a negative person will use to explain away another person’s success and affirm that they could never do it themselves. We will support disabled artists to hone there performance skills through our Artist Development Programme in grassroots music vwenues by March 20 They want to work with them (and for them) and they easily get on board with any ideas this person has. Inversely, people distance themselves from those with cynical or self-defeating attitudes, making it all the more difficult for those with poor attitudes to find success.

There are 15 differences between positive people and negative people, all 15 of which boil down to how a person responds (either verbally or inwardly) to various events and circumstances. A few of the key differences between negative people and positive people are that: HERE,in this book our writter share his personal experience. how he overcame his obstacles & find a new way of life via positive attitude. Awarded additional funding from Arts Council England for our ‘Next Stage’ programme for disabled artists. I usually take some good notes during my reading of self help books as reminders and to share them with readers : Our survey found that, despite progress being made, a range of barriers still existed. Of more than 300 respondents:I have had lived experience of disability since I was child and am passionate about Attitude is Everything due to my own experiences of feeling unable to attend music festivals as a teenager due to my access requirements not being met. It gives me immense pride to know that someone with my access requirements can now camp at a wide range of UK festivals. Suzanne appointed as one of the Minister for Disabled People, Work and Health’s Disability Sector Champions. She was also listed in She Said So’s ‘Alternative Power 100 List’ – celebrating the music industry’s unheard voices and enrolled in Music Week’s Women In Music Awards ‘Roll Of Honour.’ Introductions to Attitude is Everything’s Live Events Access Charter and subsidised Disability Equality Training, delivered in part by participants on the charity’s Future Leaders programme for aspiring disabled event industry professionals.
