Smooth and sweet orange tones, well rounded. Full bodied, finishing with a burst of fresh orange zest. (F) Deep red in color, a pungent marasca cherry aroma with intense juniper notes, with spicy and long lasting sour aftertaste. (F) Enough botanicals - 31 in total. Big notes of citrus, delicate menthol and flowers everywhere. (LD) Creamy and subtly sweet, though the berry notes aren't overpowering. Subtly spicy heat grows at the core, though floral rose notes. (LD) We dissected the botanicals that were in our gin to see how we could bind the fruit and spice notes with an unusual flavour note in gin – green apples.”

Juicy red fruit notes are up-front and lively, but the earthy gin-based elements stay in control throughout.
