We frequently use Dartmouth for holidays and as yet the potteries is one of the best we've been to, it was a lovely airy space for 4 and the dog , very modern and spotlessly clean, the main reason for our choice wasn't just the location but with it being regatta the facility of parking.”

Set in historic Warfleet overlooking the Creek, this famous Grade II listed building has been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, the Dartmouth Pottery. Set over the ground and lower ground-floor of the building and boasting two plush king-size bedrooms, as well as its perfect position for exploring the coast, 4 The Pottery is perfect for couples, groups of friends and families to come together to enjoy this part of the South Hams area of South Devon. When we arrived it took us a while to find our parking space, because the number was on the side and not facing. We had to ask another resident and he showed us to a small sign on the fence explaining the layout of the car park. Kindest regards Property Owner This light and airy area boasts oak flooring and original stone features, and a living area with a large leather L shaped sofa. It felt like the place had only just been kitted out. All very tasteful and a cut above the usual standard of holiday home. We much preferred this beautiful spot on the creek to staying in the centre of Dartmouth and enjoyed strolling to the castle every morning for a coffee and a scone to enjoy the incredible views. Highly recommended - we will be booking here again next year!

It is a fantastic apartment, spacious yet cozy. The apartment is furnished lovely and is spotlessly clean. The historical building has a colourful history, having once been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and The Dartmouth Pottery; today, however, it has been sympathetically transformed with incredible attention to detail and has successfully retained many architectural features to provide an exceptional holiday accommodation. Explore Dartmouth’s riverside, boutique shops and fantastic restaurants, or enjoy picturesque Warfleet Creek right on your doorstep. Heath’s retained the existing staff and management and continued with much of the flower arranging vases and bowls etc, introducing a new range of pastel glaze colours. The ever popular gurgle jugs continued including new Royal commemorative vases, bowls and a gurgle jug for the marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana in 1981.
