Unsold goods will attract a lotting fee plus 1.5% insurance charge (based on reserve price or lower estimate), plus expenses where applicable. Goods withdrawn prior to sale but after cataloguing, valuation or repairs will attract a charge at the rate of 15% of the value based upon reserved prices or valuation provided by the Auctioneers (plus expenses where applicable), which shall be binding upon the Vendor.
