Your account with us must be paid up to date at the time of any claim under this warranty and guarantee. where the Customer collects the Goods pursuant to Clause 1.2, upon the completion of loading of the Goods at the Collection Location. complaints of damage or shortages in transit must be made within three working days of the date of delivery. Notifications of total loss must be made within 14 days of the date of despatch, quoting despatch number.damage caused by unauthorised modifications or use or repair or failure to follow cleaning and maintenance instructions. the defect arises as a result of the Supplier following any drawing, design or Goods Specification supplied by the Customer; We reserve the right to invoice you for all of our reasonable costs incurred in handling claims which prove to be invalid under this guarantee and warranty.
