About this deal

Their prices are rediculous. Yes, the first batch number bottles smell really good and then the watery tone down beggins till a new Miss Dior will come. Does anybody from you remember that Miss Dior 2012-14 (released on 2012 till October 2017) used to have ABSOLUTE de parfum and not ESSENCE from it's notes. I have a bottle of my signature that still smells 95% similar to the first day and that's because absolutes are more oily, expensive and really intense. Then they destroyed my signature scent with a "NEW" edition of Miss Dior 2017. WTH. I was as sad as excited to try it, meanwhile I had already Poison Girl EDP to my collection and Franchois Demachy was like top in my eyes. First spray was like, oh no, I lost my money on a floral blah, not only my signature. I have heard LOTS of people say that this fragrance doesn't last and has poor performance. I beg to differ. About 7 pm I sprayed this on a tester strip and left it sitting on the dresser in my bedroom. I went to sleep around 10:00 and woke up some time after midnight because the scent was so strong that it had permeated the entire room and woken me up. I had to get up and go throw the test strip in the trash can in another room. Rollerballs? Jesus, I just forgot. Take as an example Chanel. How similar was Miss Dior EDT to the all time classic Coco Mademoiselle EDP? 90% at least, some times I could even confuse them but Miss Dior EDT was warmer and sweeter while CM-EDP was and is colder and fresher. Chanel never reformulated or enough their masterpieces to a point that can make their crowd angry. They still bring new editions of such a masterpiece that I took as an example, see after EDP: EDT, extrait de parfum, pure parfum, Intense, L'eau...without discontinue the original. The magic of a chypre perfume that everyone can love at least in some point of their lives is classic.

It has a cleanliness to it, but not a citrusy/fresh one. More like a clean cashmere sweater washed with one luxurious laundry detergent. If you want to stand out from the crowd and assert your dominance over the fragrance "normies," don't get this. But if you want to blend in and smell a bit better than most people wearing similar scents, this is pretty nice. As it dries down I definitely get more floral and could have sworn I smelled patchouli. It reminds me of something else that I can't place. It's nothing groundbreaking but it's very pleasant. I'd be happy if someone bought me it as a gift.

Mmm, I quite like this. I've had a sample for a couple of years and never bothered with it. It just says Miss Dior, no year or anything so I assume it's this one as I've only lived in this flat since 2020. I really like to use it too. I think it's very age appropriate for my age (I'm 17). It's not a heavy (and excuse me for this term, I'm just being honest) grandma smell. It's fresh (?), fruity, and sweet. You smell like a field of flowers straight out of a movie. It's truly great, amazing, perfect. Dior (owned by Louis Vitton) are on a watering-down spree; this is a glorified skin-scent, in the same ballpark as Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb, which is better than this, but is still watered-down to hell. If you loved the 2017 version you will probably be dissapointed because it's soft and doesnt smell like the old version but if you can't stand patchouli at all like me maybe you should give this new version a try. Miss Dior Eau de Parfum is decorated with a new haute couture bow made of poignard fabric with a unique assortment of flowers. Under the bottle, the emblematic motif of Miss Dior is engraved in the glass.

I like it a lot and it makes me feel happy and beautiful and that's why I wear my fragrances, I personally don't really care if it's "generic" or reformulated 1000 times, I just want wear fragrances that make me feel good and calm and feel myself while wearing them. My kids loved this one, as well. I wanted a signature they could recognize me by, and this was their favorite of the ones I was considering. On my skin, the musk/sandalwood/vanilla base notes do come out nicely, making it feel more mature & elegant. It's a warm, comforting, sweet, musky delicate floral mixed with powdery vanilla and a touch of fruit. Ultra feminine. Of all the perfumes I've tested, this one feels like it suits me so well. So it is my signature scent now! It is long lasting on me, I can smell it clearly on my skin and on my clothing even after a long day. The sillage is moderate which is perfect for daily wear.

Good buy Poison Girl EDP, no explanation, no excuse, no reformulation. But are you crazy? Enjoy some silly editions that might smell 90% similar to the original but they become in less than 2 hours a skin scent. You guessed correctly, Poison Girl EDT & Unexpected EDT (another fail that it's not only weak but it's also bubble-gummy). Anyway, I'm pumped that this doesn't have any patchouli in it. I love rose and iris, so hopefully this will be a winner for me. Honestly can't wait to smell it. Also, even though this is Miss Dior, this is a brand new scent. Disliking it because you're comparing it to its old composition, isn't really giving it a fair chance. I feel like I've heard them say before that they change miss Dior often to keep it fresh and modern and with the times. With that being said this isn't the first reformulation, and it certainly won't be the last.

I am going to be as objective as possible because I know that this perfume, due to the weight of the name it carries, has brought a lot of controversy, it is well known that the Miss Dior created by Dior for his sister is a jewel, but currently that perfume would not be to the liking of the most potential clients because it is very bitter and vintage (even for me) in the years that defined my tastes for perfumery, a jewel was born from the hands of Christine Naguel called Miss Dior Cherie which is to this day my favorite and my great love of the Miss Dior line, when Demachy entered as Dior's absolute creative nose, he unified and reformulated both fragrances, creating Miss Dior eau de parfum (2011) and the classic Miss Dior L'original. Although the 2012 formula had changed, it was reminiscent of Miss Dior Cherie but seemed more like a flanker of Coco Mademoiselle (the only feminine fragrance that I like from Chanel) although in my case I prefer Dior. After an eau de Toilette in 2013 that was in accordance with the edp which was logically fresher thanks to the blood orange, even so very similar, the line followed this course (although with different formulas) until 2017 where Demachy realized to the task of changing the fragrance, slightly recalling its 2012 version, but with a predominant note of rosewood (reminiscent of that Dior jewel that is Dune) and high doses of vanilla with patchouli. The latter marked a new generation that was beginning in the world of fragrances (as in the case of mine with Cheríe and her subsequent 2012 edp) and they could enjoy it until 2021. The dry down almost smells like when you've had oud satin mood on the day before and you can still smell the sweet rose and vanilla. The more it dries the more floral it becomes but still staying sweet. As I said, it's nothing particularly groundbreaking but I can't stop sniffing it. It has got that same thing that I've noticed with Delina though, I don't know if it's rose and peony together, or the musk, or what, but it smells a tiny bit like sweat but it doesn't put me off somehow. Now I've just got a whiff of what I thought was a bit cherryish but must be the apricot. It changes a lot from the first spray. I really think that the people who claim poor performance are just anosmic after smelling it for a short period of time, similar to how some people cannot perceive the musk note in some Narciso Rodriguez fragrances.I got it a month ago as a gift and was very carful using it, considering the price. You really don't need much. It smells so good and holds on for so long. Especially when you get it in your hair. I started spraying a little bit of this perfume into my hair (I don't spray it directly into my hair, I just keep my hair in front when I spray it. This way it still gets into my hair and I don't have to spray more than needed.) and it literally doesn't get out unless I wash it. I'm really stunned by this piece of perfection. Be honest, be a fire, be true and unstoppable! I will say my opinion even though I am 99% sure it will go down. Dior's perfumerie and mostly Franchois Demachy must have some kind of a mental disease (no offence). It's not normal after making for so many years masterpieces, suddenly to end up with floral blah-s. They made Miss Dior Cherie, for me not a big loss since it's not a bad perfume at all, but not mature enough, to my signature scent just-Miss Dior. The fragrance itself is nice. I get an apricot-rose opening with a good bit of vanilla/tonka/sandalwood in the drydown. It's not outstanding in any way, just a nice fragrance that smells...nice. I think the price-performance-ratio is to decide individually. For me, yes it's worth it. For others it may not. And as I said, you really don't need much. It stays on for a long period of time, so you don't need 10-15 sprays throughout the day, 2 is enough for a whole day.
