We will initially try to diagnose and fix faults via our Technical Support system and send you any needed replacement parts through the post. What is not covered After 6 working days I was offered a delivery slot with 2 days notice. I had an appointment that day so I had to refuse. I rang customer service and they told me to hang tight. Fair enough. This was on the 6th of November. Since then, no word.
